Super proud owner of "This is what a feminist looks like" tee. It's soft and comfy, and arrived within a week or two of ordering. There are competing products out there, but I was happy to purchase from this company because some of the profits go towards actually changing the world. Go FCKH8!

I was actually thinking of placing an order but after reading all of these reviews I think I'll pass! Glad I did research before placing my order! They need to be more dedicated in ensuring that customers receive their items! Just not good business sense at all!

I always wanted to get one of their shirts and in mid October 2012 I finally got around to ordering one. About five days later my credit card was billed with the correct amount. As I live in Europe I was prepared to wait a few weeks for my merchandise.
Only, about two months after I ordered it, it still wasn't shipped yet and I tried to reach their customer service directly on the site (three times) with no answer. Then I tried to get an explanation by email. Still no answer after multiple tries.
Now, over 6 months later, my order still hasn't even been shipped.
I am really fed up. I'm now getting my credit card company to refund my money as I have no way of contacting anybody at FCKH8.com
It's a disappointment as I was really looking forward to my t-shirt.

I only recommend you do not order from this website. Really, don't.

The idea is fantastic, but their costumer service is incompetent to say the least.

I placed an order in the end of March and until today didn't receive it. I've contacted the company who offered refund, but not a plausible explanation for such delay. Finally, last week, I received an email saying that my order was being shipping, just to find out that they created the label, but dint ship the products. Today it still haven't ship.

Ordered 5 shirts a month later i still didnt get them so i emailed Fckh8 to see what was going on and they said it would be shipped at the end of the week. 3 weeks went by and still no shirts, although i got a shipping confirmation they still had not been shipped. So i decided to cancel my order luckily i paid through paypal and they got my money back for me! Great cause, great products, but there time management sux!

Like many, I saw the video of young girls cursing like sailors; "I shouldn't need a penis to get paid" had me in stitches. I went to the website to see if there was anything I'd wear. For $20+ the shirt I bought (which was received fairly quick) is not cheap but not expensive either and I love wearing it out.
HOWEVER, for such an important cause as equality, the business needs more transparency with regard to where exactly that $5 from each purchase is going. For all the posts on their Facebook page (literally every few hours), perhaps the new customer service team could take time to respond to the email I sent over a week ago? Or at least they could post how much money has been donated to which causes and when.

It took these people 4 months, yes, 4 months for them to ship me a t-shirt with what looks like a simple heat press transfer graphic. All the while they did not answer a single one of my emails. After 2 months I figured I'd been scammed and gave up. But surprise! 2 months later, after a total of 4 months (I just have to reiterate that), I received my t-shirt. Yay...

Great message. Horrible, horrible people with zero respect for their customers and an apparent willingness to take advantage of an awesome movement.

I love FckH8's message, and their clothes are really cute, but you have a large chance of never receiving items you pay for. I ordered two shirts in October 2016 and recieved an email saying that my shipment would be ready in two to three weeks. (Also that a confirmation and tracking number would be sent to me, which I never did receive.) after a month I sent an email. No reply. I called. No reply. I just today sent another email (January 2017) in the hopes that they will send me my product, or a refund, but my hopes are not high. All I know is that their customer service is crap, and you can save your money for something better. Do not buy from this site!

Dont ever support fckh8
They are scammers, encourage racist stereotypes, steal other people's designs, are transphobic and just rude as hell. Any sexuality that is "unacceptable" to them they won't acknowledge. They literally bully people in the comments on their facebook page. Just don't support this group at all they are just looking for profit and don't actually care about what they say they "support"

Tip for consumers:
dont ever support these $#*!boys

I ordered two t-shirts for a friends birthday TWO FULL WEEKS beforehand. Three months later and the shirts had not arrived. I called the company many many times and they gave me little to no information on the status of my order. Finally I gave up and after hours of arguing on the phone they very begrudgingly admitted they did not have the $#*!s and would not for quite a while. AFter another long argument they admitted defeat and reluctantly refunded me. After this whole ordeal I've come to realize that this company strait out lied to me about when my shirts would be shipped and where they were. I would not recommend buying their products.

I, like many others here, placed an order months ago, with no product. Order was December 4. I have written back to Ryan, but no word from him. I note that Ryan appears to be going through the reviews here to send product to those who complain publicly. So here goes. Love to get the shirts still.

I ordered one lousy tank. ONE SHIRT. And I say lousy because the shirt honestly is of terrible quality. I got those automated "sorry we're behind" and "new warehouse!" emails and a tracking number that didn't actually go to anything. 3 months after ordering, I emailed "ryan" with a threat to go to the cops for this scam of a website. The shirt then came 2 days later. If you so desperately want a shirt from this company, you should probably do the same.

Anissa, I am not sure who you spoke with and when you spoke with them, all of our tank tops are either American Apparel or Bella/Canvas both of which are premium brands. I don't know if you got it from the previous owners, but those are the only two brands we use for our tank tops. Also, Ryan worked for the old company - not us. I doubt that your threat is what speeded your resolution as police has nothing to do with us. At any point you are able to retrieve your payment from your CC or paypal. With that said, if you had contacted us at info@fckh8.com we gladly would have resolved your issue for you and still can. :)

I got a confirmation email on June 7th for my order and since it says it can take 3 weeks to ship I waited until that time period to contact them. I contacted them 3 times with no reply. It has been 2 months now. I really wanted anti racism stickers and bracelet. A really low way to rip people off.

Sitting at 60 business days since I placed my order, (October 17/13) I've left over 15 voice messages and have been calling at least every other day, they WILL NOT return any phone calls... Can't actually seem to get a hold of anyone, and there should be no reason for a hold up of this magnitude. Ridiculous! They say they've "shipped hundreds of thousands of t-shirts to supporters", but apparently they forgot mine. SMH

Placed my order and it never shipped. They didn't reply to emails, FB messages, or IG messages. When you try to call them you get an automatic message telling you the mailbox is full. I called my bank and I got my money back. I bought from them a few years back with no issues. Idk what happened.

I ordered a shirt and sweatshirt 3 months ago. I received a conformation immediately that said my order may take up to 3 weeks to process. After a 5 weeks I emailed their customer service and they said they were working on the order. I then received a shipping confirmation that never stated the items were sent out. So after another 2 weeks I emailed their customer service and they said one of the items was on back order (why couldnt they send the item they had while they waited for the other item) so now it's been 3 months and still no items. It's frustrating and their customer service is crap they just keep telling me what they think I want to hear without solving the problem.

I placed my order in May and they charged my card. I sent two emails asking about the order. Each time, they said they were waiting for items to be made.
I cancelled my order but am not hopeful that it won't be a fight to get money back.

I ordered $100 worth of merchandise and $35 shipping back in April and I still haven't received my order. They won't get in contact with me and refuse to answer my emails. I'm pretty pissed off as I ordered clothes for my partners birthday which was in July and had to buy other things as I never got my order. Don't order from this site! It's a scam and ripping off the lgbti community!

I like everyone wish I had found this before placing an order. I placed an order for a hoodie totalling 36.99 after almost a month of nothing from them I started calling and emailing tyler and ryan. Still nothing. I have asked for a refund. I dont even want the damn hoodie anymore! Ive also contacted the police department and printed off these reviews as well as other negative reviews from other websites and am filing fraud charges.

I had placed an order and after 14 days it hadn't shipped yet. After reading these reviews I decided to text message Tyler. He got back to me promptly and told me they had been busy because of the recent Supreme Court hearings. About an hour later I got an email saying my shirt had shipped. I don't know how it will be when it gets here, but the people I talked to were nothing but polite and easy to deal with. I will update when I receive the shirt but as of now, I am happy it got resolved.

I too placed an order with them July 8th and never received anything. I emailed multiple times, called and left voice-mails with no luck. Never received tracking number or arrival date. Disputed my transaction with them and received my money back through my bank. Good cause, terrible business ethic. DO NOT ORDER!

***Update (8/28/13): So I came home from work today and saw a package which turned out to be half of my order. I already disputed the transaction and got my money back (I guess they don't keep track of payments either). While I still like the items I ordered, I'm not sure whether or not I will keep it and send the payment again or just return it.

Either way, I still leave a 1 star rating for lack of communication and extremely long waiting time. They never returned my calls or emails and just sent half the order without bothering to check if I wanted the items or not.

I lost my wristband and went to order a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at the new designs available and ordered myself a new tshirt, as well. All of my experiences with fckh8 have been fantastic. My very first tshirt order had to be exchanged because they sent the wrong size so I was holding my breath on this one. I got the exact size and design I ordered and much faster than I expected. I am glad to support this cause and proudly wear their apparel and wristband. A+ from me!

In the past week, I ordered two shirts from Fckh8, and was excited for both of them. After ordering, I received an email stating that one shirt was out of stock, and was asked if I would like a replacement or a refund. I chose to get a different shirt and asked for a surprise... And was I in for one! I was sent a better shirt, two wrist bands, and a bumper sticker that all arrived within two days!
I'll definitely be ordering again when they get new shirts.

I ordered a shirt on 7-1-2018, they charged my card as soon as I hit "Submit order". As of 7-9-2018 my order had been shipped and was sitting in Columbus Ohio (or so they say). The tracking number is no good anymore.
Here it is 1-9-2019 and I have never received my order.
I have called but you can't leave a message. I have sent numerous emails and have had NO RESPONSE.

It's been three weeks, my order has not been shipped they finally told me by the end of this weekend and guess what? Still no shippin information. They said it was Beause so much was out of stock or back ordered since going viral which was almost a year or so ago so you think they would have expanded enough to stop people from having these issues or at least be smart enough to make sure you know when your order has been place on back order. Tried to bribe me with free wristband or pins that I do not want and have no use for.

Very disappointed in the customer service, severely disappointed in the people who run their websites and correspond with customers. Long before i knew anything about the organization, i purchased a shirt. Where is the shirt? God only knows, because that was eight months ago and still no shirt. I'm not too broke up about it, considering they claim to support lgtbq+ rights, but in the same breath deny certain factions of the group (no apologies yet. Fingers crossed, y'all. Fingers freakin' crossed), but i would like my money back. No one answers the phone. Emails are repetitive and full of empty promises.

Copy/pasting a letter announcing that the site's been fixed doesn't equal fixing the site, ryan. Also? It's hella tacky. You think no one's reading the other testimonies or do you just have no shame?

Placed my order for a tank on Feb 12th. Still have not received my order. On march 8th I sent an email to ryan asking about the status. Got an email back from Chris saying he was new and coming to "whip things into shape" and that he'd be in touch soon. It's now 2 weeks later and I haven't heard from him or anyone else. I'm moving in a month so it's doubtful I'll ever receive my order at this point. So disappointing.
