Super proud owner of "This is what a feminist looks like" tee. It's soft and comfy, and arrived within a week or two of ordering. There are competing products out there, but I was happy to purchase from this company because some of the profits go towards actually changing the world. Go FCKH8!
I was actually thinking of placing an order but after reading all of these reviews I think I'll pass! Glad I did research before placing my order! They need to be more dedicated in ensuring that customers receive their items! Just not good business sense at all!

I order a t-shirt and a hoodie on October 23rd, and paid by debit card. Everything went through fine, and I received a confirmation that said sometimes items take up to 21 days to ship out. Fine. I waited. It's now past 21 business days, I still don't have a shipping confirmation, and despite e-mailing two separate people and calling multiple times, I haven't received much more than a generic e-mail saying that they are extremely busy and will response when they get a chance.
All I want is a refund, and their team is clearly incapable of handling their customer service.

Ryan if you or Luke or any number of the other people I've attempted to reach out to for proper customer service over the past YEAR had actually rectified the situation, I wouldn't currently have the dispute through the Better Business Bureau.

I strongly believe in this campaign and the ideas of gay pride. I live in Minnesota where the sanctity of marriage amendment is up for vote this year- I ordered this shirt to spread the word of gay equality. I ordered this shirt over 5 weeks ago and still have not received it. I have called 10+ times and emailed. I was FINALLY called over 2 weeks ago to say it would be here on that thursday. And it still has not come. Still have not received an email or call regarding my last 5 calls. I will be forced to take legal action claiming fraud against this company if I am not contacted. Buy your gear from a reputable dealer next time. Don't waist money or time on this company.

HORRIBLE! I ordered a T-Shirt on 9/3/2013, and till this day (12-20-13) I still have not received my package. I've called the number on the website and it's a recording. I've emailed Ryan and Tyler 13 times and no response. Don't buy from these people!
They talk about tolerance, turns out to be extremely intolerant taking care of their customers. Over a month ago I order 2 shirt and some stickers from their website, was charged the next day and now 35+ days later NOTHING. I have called their phone number a half a dozen times and have sent the same about of emails... NOTHING. I have taken to their Twitter and Facebook account asking for a reply... NOTHING. I would suggest donating you money to a reliable cause and not waste you time with this company.

I ordered a $45 hoodie from them. It has been 6 WEEKS and I still haven't received it. I demanded a refund and they refunded half of my purchase and promised me it would go out within the week. That was 3 weeks ago. Absolutely ridiculous.

To all of you reviewers out there, who were either gracious enough to purchase something from fckh8.com because you support their cause, or because you like their merchandise (you should, it's pretty bad $#*!)... give them a break. I understand that it's frustrating to have a hard time receiving your purchase, or it's taking a while, but these guys aren't operating a multi million dollar company and sitting on their asses; they are processing orders from USPS, which means they are hand packaging and shipping their product. I would like to thank fckh8.com, for 1) making a product that is fun, and contributing to a good cause and 2) for quickly shipping my order, so that I was able to have it ready for my sisters birthday party. All was charged right to my card, and the order I received was shipped correctly. Last, but not least, these shirts are comfortable and a great shirt to wear. I can't wait to wear my shirt to my sister's birthday party. Thanks all!

I would say that I really like the end product and even thought there site was down when I wanted to order something they sent me an email. Telling me when I could order what I wanted once everything was sorted out again on the site.

Worst experience I have ever had buying anything in my entire life. I was hoping to have these tanks that I ordered for my wedding (which I ordered a few weeks in advance) I contacted them to let them know I needed them as soon as they could get them once I saw the handling time. No response. The wedding came and passed and no shirts, I contacted FOUR times until I got a response saying. "We will look into it..." No apologies or anything. Still nothing and I will never purchase a thing again.
I visited the online shop after watching the video of the five little girls on YouTube and I found a lot of nice products with big messages! I bought an anti-sexism T-shirt and I'm really happy with it. Fair price and good quality. The shippment arrived before I expected (I'm from Spain). Recommended.

I just received my "Girls just want to have fun... damental rights." hoodie and I love love love it. After starting an online discussion on my Facebook page due to posting the video of little girls using the 'f-word' to raise awareness of women's rights I had to have this hoodie. It arrived a lot earlier than I thought it would (confirmation email says to allow for 2-3 weeks of production and shipping time). And came with a little card stating that after posting a review they will send out a free fckh8 key chain. So here I am:)

Ordered mid august. Keep getting the runa round. We are swamped. Business blew up and that. I'm out $72 which is a LOT for me. I was trying to support a cause and have gifts for birthdays (now christmas if i get it wich i'm sure i won't). I'm pissed and out of $ for those gifts for my kids :( Terrible!
We have had too many transgendered kids commit suicide in our town recently. I wanted a shirt that said something to let kids know they are supported and loved. This is the only company that had shirts specifically about kids. I wanted to show kids an adult is out here pulling for them and there is a community of support here for them. The quality of the shirt is great. Delivery was fast. And, the message is perfect. Thank you FCKH8 for helping us support the kids we may never get to meet but who see the message in a crowd.
I ordered a shirt from them and while I didn't have any issues that I needed help resolving, so I may have not had the same experience as some reviewers had, I thought the purchasing experience was good. My only complaint was that it took a while but they were upfront about the time frame so I can't be that upset

I ordered a shirt in the beginning of December and received a confirmation email shortly after saying it would take about 3 weeks to get my shirt. After 5 weeks of not getting an email saying it had been I sent out, I emailed them, and was told that they didn't have those shirts in stock and had no idea when they would. After 2 more weeks of not hearing anything I emailed them asking for a refund. They told me they gave me the refund, but my bank had no money sent back from them and I received no money back. I emailed them asking about it and they said there was nothing they could do. We called to complain and were told they would call us back later that day, that was over a month ago, and we still haven't recieved a call. I was left with no shirt and am out $22. Horrible experience. Do not order from them.
I ordered a sweatshirt and a tshirt on March 5th. I didn't get a notification that the package was being shipped until March 23ed. It's now May 6th, tomorrow it will have been a full two months since I placed the order and the package is still in "electronic shipping info received." This means my order got to the warehouse but they don't have what I ordered in stock. I have contacted them on three separate occasions and always gotten the same useless response. I love their stuff and their message, but this is unacceptable and unprofessional. If they were honest about their shipping it would be better, but over all I would not recommend ordering from them at all. And if you really want it, be willing to wait for a long long time.
Hey, Sorry about your parcel. If you have received an email that said your items were shipped, it means that they were er... shipped and that they may have gone lost in the mail. USPS is great but sometimes they lose it too :). Best thing to do in this case is to send us an email and we can track the item. You can also do that yourself, if you like as we always provide people with a tracking for their parcel with the ' your-item-has-been-shipped email. Cheers
Robbing Peter to pay paul. Most items on the site do not exist. They are selling items on sale that do not exist to make money to fulfill thousands of ordens that they are behind on. I know this because I was shipping and printing these. This site is a scam. Do not order from this site. He not only owes the customers what they paid for but many others that worked for him. And yes he is my brother.

I ordered from this website a while ago, but based on the reviews i've read its still the same. Great message! Terrible company.
It took 6+ months for my order to get here (to Canada). And it was sent only after multiple threats to report them for being a scam. MULTIPLE. My father is an officer (which who probably wouldn't do much about an online case since he's in a completely different unit) but it wasn't until i mentioned that, that i finally received my order. Which contained all wrong sizes.
The actual quality of the clothing is pretty decent, the lettering on the hoodies started cracking after only a couple months though.
Like I said, it's a great message, but whoever is running the merchandise part of these needs to be replaced. It's just awful.

I would highly recommend not buying from them, unless you have 6 months to wait around for it and the time to write several complaint emails to them, the BBB has even tried to help resolve their issues with them but to no avail.
There's got to be better websites with better service that support the same cause.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with the brand but as you can see from recent reviews, FCKH8 has a made an improvement on the overall experience for customers. I ordered 4 stickers - STICKERS! Over a month ago. I've called the number on the website over 50 times and have NEVER gotten an answer and conveniently enough - the voicemail is full. I've sent 3 follow up emails - nothing in return. You would think these problems wouldn't be happening with such a well known organization.
I love what this site stands for, and the moment I saw their "Some dudes marry dudes/Get over it" shirt, I knew I had to have it, so I wasted no time in ordering it. This was at the very last part of May. It is now July 19th and I STILL have not received my shirt. When I called customer service, the boy I talked to was very rude and hung up on me when he said he was checking on why my order hasn't shipped. I've contacted them via e-mail numerous times but I kept getting told that the shirt is on back order. I would not recommend this site at all.
