Super proud owner of "This is what a feminist looks like" tee. It's soft and comfy, and arrived within a week or two of ordering. There are competing products out there, but I was happy to purchase from this company because some of the profits go towards actually changing the world. Go FCKH8!
I was actually thinking of placing an order but after reading all of these reviews I think I'll pass! Glad I did research before placing my order! They need to be more dedicated in ensuring that customers receive their items! Just not good business sense at all!
This site and its users are a neverending tidalwave of anti-queer hatred, disguised as allyship. They manipulate the queer community to sell terrible, binary-conforming shirts to people who think they're being "quirky" by supporting gay rights.
Avoid this site, its users, its founders, and anything involving it at all costs, it is nothing but toxic to anyone in the LGBT community.
This site has some great products and they stand for human equality. However, after ordering from them multiple times they have finally lost me as a customer. They always take a few weeks to get stuff to you but after 2 months of not receiving my product (after paying for express shipping) I still didn't have what I payed for. I talked to their customer service rep and he said I would receive a check in the mail for the shipping charge. I emailed a rep when I didn't get it that week as I had been told. Still nothing. I have called their hotline numerous times and no one ever picks up. DO NOT LET THIS SITE STEAL FROM YOU AS IT DID TO ME. Go somewhere else to support human equality.
I love the fckh8 message and was excited to buy a str8 against h8 shirt. When I ordered the shirt it was in stock. After I ordered I kept checking to see if it had shipped and after 3 weeks (the stated processing time) I decided to call... And here's where the frustration starts. First, you can't get anyone on the phone, it makes you leave a voicemail. Which will not be returned. After about 5 months of numerous unanswered voicemails and emails, the last of which I threatened to report them, with no response I got fed up. I called my bank and reported it and they investigated it as fraud. So about a month later guess what shows up in the mail? And they decided to throw in some pins I guess to say sorry. I called the bank and let them k ow whatever they did worked but it still aggregates me that it had to come to that. The shirt wasn't worth the hassle or the 7 month wait. I could have made one myself. Horrible company using a good cause to rip people off.

Because they encouraged kids to swear to forward an agenda they do not actively support - this is an advertising scam, to get you to pay $20 for a tshirt with an obnoxious and cliche phrase on them, when you could buy one from an actual charitable organisation who need the money to forward issues like homophobia, racism, ableism, and feminism.
And most importantly, charities fckh8 claims to support, do not want fckh8's donations. Not that fckh8 were actually planning to donate.
Stop supporting fckh8, they are simply making a profit off serious causes.
They made money off the LGBT movement
They made money off Ferguson
And now, they're making money off feminism.
And the sheer number of you buying shirts are actively enabling them to continue making money off the oppression of groups of people.
I ordered a tee shirt on November 25,2011 for a Christmas gift. Here it is, December 24th and I still don't have my order. I asked for an update on my order on December 12th and was told I would receive my order shortly. While I think this site has good idea for graphic apparel, I think their customer service sucks. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

They steal copyrighted material, and when the people they take material from ask them to stop using it, they become defensive and refuse to comply, citing Fair Use (which they've never read, or they'd know they still have to at least credit the work, and they can't make money off of it). Their campaign sexualizes underage girls, plays up the sassy gay man stereotype (which is the most visible portrayal of gay culture in the media already), is not trans inclusive, and erases asexuals (who they bully on Facebook).
They want to send coloring books to children in Russia featuring gay parents, which could get people KILLED or children taken from parents, at the VERY least, but they're too fixated on making themselves look good to educate themselves about the political climate over there.
These people aren't giving to charity; they're just scammers with Photoshop. Don't give them your money. Don't give them your support. And don't mistake them for pro gay.
I ordered two "Don't Be Hatin' On the Homos" Wristbands on 1/15/14 and it is now 2/21/14 and I have yet to receive my order. I have e-mailed Ryan several times, and all I get is the whole "sorry we are a bit behind" mass e-mail that everyone gets. I got the e-mail that they received my money (of course) right after I placed my order, but after that, NOTHING. I would not recommend this site to anyone. From what I have already read on here, I am not the first one to have trouble and I'm not the worst case. I love what they are doing and what they stand for, but they clearly need to get their ducks in a row before I ever even think to order from them again. I'm a very displeased customer right now, and if you order from the site, you most likely will be too. I just wish I found this site before I ordered from them.

I purchased a few things from this site last month and after not getting a tracking number or anything after two weeks, I decided to send an email for a refund. Reading the reviews, I figured I wasn't going to get a refund or a reply. About a week later though, I got an email saying they were currently undergoing a change in staff and that was delaying shipping, but I got another email for a reciept for a full refund, which was back on my credit card within a few days. I was shocked after hearing the horror stories that I actually got my refund. Now. Two days ago, I got an email again from them with a tracking number for the stuff I origionally perchased. I'm surprised that it's only been a month for a respond or anything of the sort after reading every other review about not seeing the stuff for months.

I am glad you have a good story which shows that we are trying hard and we are not fraudulent. You were given a refund and your gear as an act of goodwill. There some complaints here yes, but it is a tiny percentage of the people that support us and we are talking hundreds of happy people every week.
Never got the stuff I ordered. Never got a refund.
I'm actually pretty glad I didn't get anything I ordered, because after they $#*!ed me around and never really gave me a straight (lololol!) Reply about what was happening with my order, I did some digging and found out just how much intellectual property they steal from bloggers, artists and even other charities (the Stonewall anyone?). You know what I couldn't find out though? Specifically where they are donating all the money they make from their stolen ideas.
Ordered nearly $50 in product from FCKH8 on May 21. Contacted on June 12 by phone to hear status of order was told that it would be out that week. Finally called again on July 10, voice mail was full and their email bounced. Found another email on their site and demanded a refund and got it the next morning. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR MERCHANDISE!

Love everything about this site, especially the video with the little girls, my ten year old son knows that No means No PERIOD, Some of these people don't understand that CIVIL RIGHTS ARE FOR EVERY HUMAN not Just some!
Not only did they take 5 weeks to even dispatch the order, after i noticed a small error in my shipment address, i contacted them via email (prior to dispatch of course.)
I sent 3 emails in 3 weeks, then a facebook msg in which I CAN SEE THAT THEY READ, but NEVER responded to. I sent another email. Another facebook msg.
No responses. The week after that, it was dispatched, and is now going to the wrong address.
A quick google finds that despite their msg of acceptance and equality, that they are a FOR profit company, have horrible going on almost no customer service, and that there is hardly any happy customers.
STEER CLEAR - SAVE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered a shirt and various other merch on 7/30 I still haven't gotten it. I was hoping to wear my stuff to Austin Pride on 9/22, which is why I ordered well in advance. This isn't the first time I've bought from FCKH8 and every time they've taken MONTHS to ship my items, but this is a cause I stand behind and it's hard to find cute Anti-hate clothes, but I'm pretty sure this is the last time I'll buy from them.

I ordered a shirt as a birthday gift for a friend in early April. A couple weeks later they emailed me saying they were backed up, that they would send the shirt soon and include a free sticker or button of some sort. I emailed them in late May to follow up. I was moving, so I changed my shipping address. Ryan confirmed the change. No shirt. Fast forward to AUGUST when I followed up once again after hearing nothing from them. With no personal reply or even "To whom it may concern," Ryan replied with the shipping tracking number. They shipped it to the wrong address. Incurring more time and money, the person there sent it to me. I just received it today, nearly 6 months later, AND IT'S THE WRONG SHIRT. What. The. Heck. I sent Ryan a long, heartfelt (not rude) letter a few days ago and he wrote back that he was sorry and would check with the warehouse and straighten the shipping out. He clearly didn't read my email since it was already shipped. I wrote back today asking for an exchange for the shirt i actually ordered six months ago or a full refund. DON'T. ORDER. FROM THEM!

Okay Ryan, My turn. What you guys use the money for is your business but I would like what I paid for. Back in September I ordered two shirts: one said " Racism is not over but I'm over racism." That one is great, fits well, everything. The second one was a grey tank with purple lettering that says " Straight against Hate". It looks NOTHING like the picture online and the lettering is impossible to see. I called and left a message and no one called back so I emailed. In October someone named Mike responded, telling me to keep the first shirt that you would send another one this time a white one. I said that would be great. I waited another few weeks or so and emailed again asking if he had received my email. He said he did not, so I re-emailed. It was now the end of October and I had heard nothing. Ive emailed you folks three times since them. It is now going into the second week of DECEMBER and I've heard nothing back from you. I understand if you are busy and it's not like I have to have the shirt 10 minutes ago, but it would be nice to know you haven't taken my money and bailed. Right now I feel like I've been ripped off. A simple email letting me know you have received my email and are backed up is all I need to hear. I'm in retail and I know how crazy things can get, I just need some communication.
It is now 9/28/15 - Never heard a word back. I'm over it, but I will make sure everyone I know knows how you folks operate. How sad.
It is now March 5th. I placed my order for 2 shirts and buttons on NOVEMBER 15th 2013! It has been 16 WEEKS since I first placed the order. You sent me an email to myself on January 7th apologizing for the delay and offered a free shirt. I can understand a delay taking a few additional weeks but I PAID for something FOUR months ago. I would advise anyone considering ordering from them to NOT do it. The 3 weeks have now turned into 4 months. I keep getting the run around. Keep getting told they'll get it out asap. Bunch of crap.
Ok... i dont get how its so damn hard to ship me my order i placed on 7/22/2013 and now its almost august of 2014! Over a year ago... are you kidding me! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD dont buy from them... I ordered 4 tees on February 7th and it is now March 27th and still no merch! I ordered them for a special event. I emailed twice and they responded with... Give them another week and a half... 3 weeks later... I emailed again asking for a refund and no response. I love the cause, but the service is HORRIBLE! I ordered merch from NOH8 and Second Class Citizen on the same day and received those within a week to a week and a half. If you want to support a great cause while getting some awesome merch I recommend those sites. FCKH8 has been a major disapointment!

I've gone back and forth between emails, phone calls, Facebook messages, the BBB and I've been promised the world and received nothing. Every week it's "we've got the items in, we're sending them out later this week" with absolutely nothing happening after that false promise. I've been demanding a full refund for the last month alone and had absolutely nothing happen. I've called Nicki on *******505 and Luke on *******871 and had no response from either person. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I understand your frustration. I really do. We process hundreds of orders every week and yes sometimes people have a bad experience. We are a small operation and we are trying our best to deliver on time. 90% of the time we do and we keep forwarding the cause and our message.
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am in full support of the gays and was really excited about this website when I first came upon it. So I ordered a 45 dollar sweatshirt on June 18th. But I still haven't received it. In August, I FINALLY got a hold of someone on the phone and they said my sweater was on back order and they'd call me the next day. Needless to say, I never got that call. Over the last few months I have sent countless emails and called numerous times, but to no avail. I haven't heard ONE WORD from them. I can only assume that this website is a scam... what other company hasn't sent out an order after 7 months and won't even say a peep to you? Nobody. So I repeat, FCKH8 IS A SCAM, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered ONE sweater from them in August.
They finally responded to my countless emails with an automated email in December where they said they would ship me a free t-shirt with my order because it got "lost" in the Christmas rush. I ORDERED IN AUGUST!
I haven't heard from them since other than their stupid automated emails.
I just want my damn sweater or my fcking money back.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... unless you don't mind spending money for a product you won't see (along with outrageous shipping costs). I have left angry voice mails and website emails have yet to get a refund or my sweatshirt. I think its actually illegal to charge before you ship... never mind charge and never ship!

It is common practice to charge before you ship. As a small operation we need the funds ahead in order to ship the items that were purchased. Our shipping costs are very low and we send gear out to people all the time. I ma sorry you had a bad experience and I hope that your matter was rectified.
I ordered $150 worth of product with next day shipping (which is not cheap, may I add) and I still have not gotten my thins- this was in September. I'm not happy.
