Super proud owner of "This is what a feminist looks like" tee. It's soft and comfy, and arrived within a week or two of ordering. There are competing products out there, but I was happy to purchase from this company because some of the profits go towards actually changing the world. Go FCKH8!

I was actually thinking of placing an order but after reading all of these reviews I think I'll pass! Glad I did research before placing my order! They need to be more dedicated in ensuring that customers receive their items! Just not good business sense at all!

I ordered $150 worth of product with next day shipping (which is not cheap, may I add) and I still have not gotten my thins- this was in September. I'm not happy.

I love the idea, and I love what they do, but I placed my order on February 9th, and it is now April 24th, and the package will finally be delivered today.

2 weeks after I placed my order, I emailed them twice via their website order inquiry, and I emailed them 3 times via their contact email over a span of a couple weeks, asking where my package was. They finally emailed me back 4-5 weeks after I placed my order apologizing and said that my order would be shipped the following tuesday, and I would get free expedited shipping. That was on March 17. After another 3 weeks of waiting, I finally got an email saying my order had shipped. So not only did they not ship it the following tuesday, but I did not get the expedited shipping either.

Their customer service is terrible. It's been 2.5 months and I'm finally getting what bought. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered a $40 hoodie 4 months ago and have not received it yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I have called and emailed customer service over a dozen times and they still haven't gotten back to me. Plus, I can't figure out how to cancel my order. Terrible customer service.

Clothes are great, but the customer service sucked. Really reluctant to buy anything else from here. My clothes took forever to get to me. I had to contact them multiple times.

I placed an order on February 14th. It is October 2nd and after SEVERAL phone calls and emails, I still do not have my gear. Because they lied to me several times and did not answer my emails or messages, I missed Lobby day, MSP Pride, on top of that I moved and when I called again today, they sounded bored with my call. This site has cool stuff, but I very highly doubt I will ever shop here again. I recommend that you do not either, what I recommend is you make your own t-shirt and donate the money to another LGBT cause. This site is garbage.

If you think ordering from these fools is a good idea, go here first and read about all of the consumers who have had money STOLEN from them from Fckh8.com

My story? I ordered back in September. I requested a refund after two months. I contacted the BBB, Fckh8 ignored that. They don't return calls or e-mails, they block you on Facebook if you complain.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a shirt in April and it is now almost October and have not received the item. I have been proactive with contacting the company every month and since August they stopped responding. I have had to go to my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, it is disgusting how they will steal money.

I would give them a zero if I could. They are total scam artists. If you buy from them do not ever expect to see the product they so quickly charge you for.

I would be grateful if you could elaborate on scam artist and to what happened in your case. I think you would agree with me that scam artists take money from people under false pretences. We may have delayed a few orders but never did we steal from anyone. We ship hundreds of parcels every week. I do hope you can see the difference and that you will support this cause through other means if you don't like what we do, that is what matters to us.

Found this website about 3 years ago. I have ordered many things and have always been happy. This last time I ordered and it did warn that it could take a while to ship. I had my items within a week.

I could not be more disappointed with the level of NON professionalism. If it was simply human error fine, we are all human, but the reactions given when people ask questions are immature and childish. As well as ill informed. If you are using things that don't belong to you, BE SURE you understand what fair use is and isn't. Instead, they simply belittle people that disagree with them, or even politely point out issues. A simple, "oops, we didn't know we'll be more careful in the future!" would have gone a long way, instead I saw and got replies from this company and it's people that make me believe it is being run by a bunch of ignorant high schoolers! On a side note, no I am not a child, as they tried to state, telling me how long they have been an advocate. As a matter of fact, I am OLDER than you are! Old enough to know what the hell STONEWALL is and why you should not be stealing from them! Grow, the hell up. You can't advocate for anyone when you can't be an intelligent, well informed, and professional person yourself.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered something from them in March of 2013 it's now the end of July and I haven't received my order! I've sent numerous emails and haven't got a single response back! I don't even want the shirt now... I Do NOT want to wear anything representing this company.

No info on what organizations the donations/purchases support. Most posts on the Facebook page are stolen from tumblr and twitter without the author's permission.

First, I love fckh8's videos. I've seen them all and I love what they're doing for homosexuality but as far as ordering from them. DON'T DO IT. I ordered one shirt and one pair of glasses which I paid full price for there were no discounts at the time. I paid for express shipping expecting to wear the shirt to school the next week. Nope. I ordered my items in March of last year and I had to wait until the very beginning of October before I received my items. I got an email in June saying that they had run out and they would try to get my items to me as fast as possible so I'm thinking okay it will get here in a week or two.

NOPE! I called and emailed and I finally got an answer back in mid August through email saying that I would get my items and free stuff since it took so long. I waited and waited until October when the package FINALLY came in and I got two free stickers and those little bracelet type things. I waited six months for two free stickers and a bracelet. Six months. But they had NO problem taking my money out the very minute I ordered. I wouldn't do business with them again even though I've seen some posts that they've changed and it's not like that anymore. I wouldn't chance it either.

On October 12th I ordered a tshirt, two buttons and two bracelets. On October 20th it said it was being shipped. Two weeks later called to see why the tracking info said it wasn't shipped. They said it would ship by the end of the week, in time to give to my gf for her birthday. Two weeks later it still did not ship. I called to cancel and they said it went to the warehouse to ship. I've emailed and called every week since and they claim it will ship by the end of the week. Took my money October 12th and now, December 26th, it still has not shipped. They refuse to refund my money, calling the better business bureau today!

Ordered something in JUNE and still has not arrived. This is a scam company and does not help through email and if you try to call they do not even accept messages because the inbox is "full."

LOVE MY SHIRTS!

I was nervous when I ordered the shirts Monday, December 22, needing it by Sunday, December 28th (a present I would bring abroad) and the website warned to expect 2-3 week deliveries. However, the notifications also suggested emailing in if it were priority and it worked out great for me! I got a nice email back the next day saying the company would put out my shirts ASAP.

Anyway, I received my package today. Both of the shirts are super comfy (I got a 100% cotton and a flowy racer-back) and I'm proud to sport that this is what a #feminist looks like.

As a point of reference for future customers, my medium cotton t-shirt is a little snug. It's very comfortable and fits well, but if you're wondering if the sizes run a bit big or a bit small, it's small. Incidentally, the racer-back style truly is flowy and allows more room because I ordered that in a size small and it fits just as comfortably.

I'm generally scared of ordering online but have been proven wrong in this case. :)

I ordered a sweatshirt and a wristband from this company TWO YEARS AGO, and I've only just received a package from them three days ago. I knew I'd be waiting a while for my package to come because of the high volume the site gets, but two years? REALLY?!
This is after emails going back and forth with *******@fckh8 AND *******@fckh8 both saying they would refund me the money (which NEVER happened) but that they'd send me the products I ordered anyway.

I did get a package. It was shipped to the wrong house, it was the wrong size, AND it was not what I even ordered.

I keep trying to call and arrange something, but no one ever answers, and their voicemail is full.

I don't even want the refund, because I want to support the cause, I just want the items I PAID for.

I ordered my product 8-21-12 and it is now 10-15-12. I have been patient and have understood that sometimes there is a backorder but this is ridiculous! Never ever again!

I ordered 2shirts for myself and my girlfriend on10/22/12 on 11/15/12 I still hadnt received anything so I contacted them and Nikki Tyler got back to me and gave me this whole spiel about how they have a brand new team and they would put me on the priority list and I'd get my shirts no later than xmas well needless to say after unanswered emails and phone calls I still have yet to receive my shirts.im so beyond upset because I support the cause and this is what I get in return all I want is my shirts and since I couldnt get them I disputed the transaction with my bank. I will now find the shirts elsewhere... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, GREAT CONCEPT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am a great supporter of many campaigns out there like Human Rights Campaign and Greenpeace, and when I heard of FCKH8 I loved what they stood for. I have ordered from them before and I never had an issue with that order. Well in JULY I decided to buy one of their tank tops and I was hoping to where it throughout the warm season and its not almost Halloween and I have not received it. I have called many times and I have emailed them countless times, because #1 I payed for that item and #2 it should not take that long to receive it. One email good ol' Ryan sent me ( which seems like everyone else gets it as well) stated that they were backed up in orders, well if the company is having high demands then they need to higher some more employees, they are loosing a lot of customers because of this.

Well today, I called about 10 times and no one answered the phone so I decided to call my credit card company and told them about it and they are going to dispute the charges made to my credit card. Its said to say that I will not be buying anything else from FCKH8 :(

I ordered a shirt from here on November 11,2012. It is February 26,2013 and I still have not received the shirt. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, and when I realized it wasn't going to get here in time for Christmas, I tried to call and cancel my order. They still had not processed the order, so I thought this process would be quick. WRONG. My call was sent to voicemail and I never got a call back. I tried calling 2 more times on different days and I emailed them NUMEROUS times. I got an email response back after the first email I sent and they told me they were going to send me stickers since they still could not send me my shirt. Of course, the stickers got here in no time. I never received a response to any other email or call. I got an email a couple of days ago that said my shirt was being printed but shipping it to me could take several days. Ugh. I love what the business stands for, but I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. I WILL NOT be ordering from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 shirts a month ago and they have not arrived. I have called, emailed, and left voicemails to customer service multiple times thoughout the last 2 weeks and no one ever responds.

This site is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a shirt October 7th, was given tracking info and told it shipped October 11th. It's now November 3rd and still nothing! Don't use this site it's a total ripoff, you'll never get your items.
