Super proud owner of "This is what a feminist looks like" tee. It's soft and comfy, and arrived within a week or two of ordering. There are competing products out there, but I was happy to purchase from this company because some of the profits go towards actually changing the world. Go FCKH8!

I was actually thinking of placing an order but after reading all of these reviews I think I'll pass! Glad I did research before placing my order! They need to be more dedicated in ensuring that customers receive their items! Just not good business sense at all!

Terriable. I orderd a shirt from them to help support. And i was charged for 4. Was almost 100 dollars. Took 3 weeks to get a refund from them. Also very hard to get them to pick up the phone.

Sorry, mistakes with banking do happen from time to time I am sorry. Please believe, and the refund was a testament to this, that it took so long cause we process hundreds of orders every week and it gets hard for our staff to do everything when the support grows so quickly. I am sorry you had to wait and glad you got a refund for the money that was taken out of your credit card by accident.

I had ordered a sweatshirt from fckh8 last year it took over a month to receive and I kept getting fed crud about not enough merch. In stock, or it got lost, or they will send it right out. Blah blah blah. This website and what it stands for is beautiful. However, its more about getting the message across in very blunt ways, but they are based on sales of their products. They seem to never had in stock what you order. THEN I went this year Aug. 12th to order another hoodie once I read their ship time are way better and stuff is in stock, so I fell for it. It's now sept. 20th and I just cancelled my order after being told last week he was getting my stuff sent asap and had no idea why it hadn't shipped and my tracking info would be updated in a day or so. Another week later. And no-one still has no idea why my order hadn't been shipped. I called their costumer service line where you can't talk to a human and they don't call back. They prefer emails so they have records. Anyways enough rambling this website has a great message and a horrible everything else. Enjoy the videos. Just don't buy from them.

Hi Sam,
Sorry you had a bad experience. We always try to ship items within 21 business days, sorry it took 4 weeks for your first order and a bit longer for the second, so that you felt the need to ask for a refund and for us to agree that you were in your right to ask for one. There are times when we get swamped and it is hard to keep up with all the orders.
I would just like to highlight that we are not based on sales ie we don't sell t shirts for the hell of it. We sell a message to politicians and homophobic people through our t shirts. Selling items is a way to support the cause and the people that work for it.
I hope you can keep supporting us in the future

I got an email in August 2013 from fckh8 (who I've ordered a t shirt from before and got it in a timely matter) promoting a discount on rainbow gear with a promo code. I thought this was great so I bought it, used the code and ended up paying $40 and change for shipping. My card was charged almost immediately, and they've had my money ever since. Literally 5 and a half months later, and I still don't have my merchandise. I've emailed "Ryan" so many times, always getting the run around. After a couple months he said they were out of the product I ordered and asked me to choose another hoodie. I understood and chose another and thought that would be the end of it. Another few months pass and I still get nothing. I emailed him almost every month asking and asking. Eventually he said "Wow we've been slacking on your order! I'll throw in a free shirt!" So I chose a shirt (this was after asking several times for a refund because I was over this) and he said "Okay it's all taken care of." That last email was sent to me over a month ago. Still nothing. No confirmation email that it shipped, no nothing. I just emailed him again saying that if he didn't send me an email with the exact details of what I'm getting, when it's shipping, and when it will get to my house by Monday, I'm calling my credit card and disputing the charge. Like I told Ryan in my many emails, I'm all about this cause. No matter what your intention, however, terrible customer service and charging for orders you KNOW you can't fulfill is a great way to lose customers. I'm so disappointed. I guess all I can do is hope they get their act together and keep emailing Ryan until I get an answer. Overall verdict: great cause, terrible business.

Even if it was a good cause that wasn't focused on cis gay white men
Even if they didn't decry, victimize, delegitimize and erase the queer identities that they are to lazy to understand like asexuality and pansexuality
Even if they weren't transphobic and cissexist (saying things like men when you mean people with testis, or whatever yea)
Even if they weren't horrible in lots of other respects, the list just goes on and on folks.
Even if they weren't all that they still have horrendous customer service as you can tell from all these other reveiws
So yeaa find another lgbt charity that isn't a for profit business (that is what they are, they have said this) and buy from them instead of this $#*! site

The expected delivery time said 2-3weeks but it arrived in 2days! Sizes run a little big on shirts but other than that 100% great

What's this? A review for FCKH8 that's higher than one star? Has a miracle occurred?
I think, perhaps, something right is finally happening at this company.
I ordered a tank top and a bumper sticker from the website at the end of March. The money was almost immediately taken out of my account, and I received an e-mail telling me that my order would be shipped within a week. I heard nothing that week. Now, I usually am the type of person who checks out reviews for a company/etc before buying from them, but in this case, I didn't. I had been waiting for a couple of years to buy a tshirt from them and had finally decided to do so.
What I found was... less than reassuring, to say the least. However, I received an e-mail about a week and a half after I placed my order telling me that the company was switching hands and would get back into action on April 14th. Lo and behold, April 14th comes, and I get an e-mail telling me that my order is being sent to the shipping warehouse, and was given a tracking number that I could use on USPS's website. I was still a little wary, but was feeling a little bit more reassured, so I just relaxed for a few days. It took a few days for my order to get out of the warehouse and into the USPS shipping facility, but after that, it was really fast getting here! It just arrived today, and I am very pleased. They also threw in a few stickers, bracelets, and pins, I'm assuming as an "apology" of sorts for it taking so long.

Hopefully, this represents the dawn of a new era for FCKH8; it really seems that the company is now starting to pick up on their slack and actually, you know, do their job.

This site is a total scam. They will take your money and never send you your order. They will lie and say it has shipped. TOTAL SCAM.

Hi,
When we say we ship an order, we also provide a tracking number so we could not lie about that. I am not sure about the exact circumstances you went through but parcels sometimes get lost in the mail, it happens even to great companies like USPS. If that is the case, we cannot be held responsible because the parcel is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse.

Quick response to questions, fastest shipping I've had in years (once order was processed), quality product and great selection.

Tip for consumers:
I had a hard time with iOS device (iPhone) when ordering; no problems when transferred to PC.

I placed an order on the 27th of March. It is now the 27th of June and I have still not received my order.

I waited patiently for two months thinking they were a small business that got overwhelmed. When June rolled around I started to get annoyed. I e-mailed and was told on June 4th that they had just restocked and would be shipping my order that weekend. The weekend came and went. June 12th I got a message saying my order was "being processed for shipping" not that it shipped, just that it was being processed. It was the exact same message I had received months earlier and nothing had ever come of it.

I then asked to cancel my order and get a refund. I got an e-mail containing usps shipping information. No apology, no explanation, just shipping information which I took to mean they would not give me a refund. I entered the tracking number on the usps site and was told that they were notified to expect a shipment on the 12th but that no further information was available as it had not shipped yet.

It is now the 27th, exactly three months after the date my order was placed (and my money was taken) and there is still no shipping information. I was willing to give them a pass on slow shipping as they are a charitable organization, but this is ridiculous. If they can't fill their current orders, they need to take a break and stop hyping up their products on facebook and encouraging more sales until they can catch up on shipping orders that are long overdue. In the end, even if I do get my order, I don't want to wear the merch because I don't feel good about promoting a company like this. Bottom line, save yourself the headache and make a donation to another charity.

I ordered a shirt from them on February 8th, and received it by the 21st. I was quite happy with my product, and the fact that they got it to me within 2 weeks. I liked the shirts I received, and even put a picture of it on Facebook, in which a friend liked it. Since her birthday was coming up, I placed another order for her on February 22nd, and even payed extra for priority shipping. It is now the 28th, and my product still has not been shipped, and I am leaving out of town for her birthday on March 2nd. I have called a few times and left voice mails, asking purely "whats up?" I ordered once with regular 1 to 2 week shipping and got it within 2 weeks, I expected that on my second order, paying extra, I would receive within a week, if not by Friday when I leave. It is now looking like I will probably not be receiving my package until sometime next week, if it even ships out this week.

Overall I had one good experience with fckh8 once, and a not so good experience the second come around. The added fact that they never pick up their phones or call back is also disheartening. I could understand that they may be overwhelmed with orders and may not be able to ship them out right away, but I would at least like for someone to tell me this over the phone. I would like to say that I love the idea, and had a good experience the first time around so I am giving the site 4 stars, but I can say that I would not mind if they gave a little less in profit to organizations if it meant hiring a few more people to giving better customer support over the phones.

I will also be driving through Dallas, where my friend lives, on may to Houston the following week for spring break, so I am hoping they will ship it by then so I can give it to her when I drive through.

Ordered 2 mos ago recieved zero! They charged my card anyway. Cancelled payment turned them in to better business beaureau! FRAUDULENT!

Whilst I understand your frustration, I think fraudulent is a bit harsh. We may have been disorganised and had bad customer service because of our small number of staff but we never intended to steal any money from anyone. You will see that some of the complaints here, about 55 and we deal with hundreds of people every week so let's keep things in perspective, were not taken advantage of, they simply had their orders delayed.
