I am SO glad I chose FDS Dispatch. Excellent ratings, and once I signed up customer service and attention to my needs were top notch. Mark and Steffi were awesome. My car was picked up and delivered right on time. Highly recommended.

I was very much worry about my car shipping and couldn't find any way to to dispatch my car. Then I found FDS dispatch service which assured me about the delivery without any damages. I was very happy with the service because they proved themselves. Again i will surely use this service in future.

I just had FDS Dispatch ship my Ford F-250 from Vermont to Illinois. Dealt with Gary who arranged things immediately. I initially contacted Gary on Tuesday and by Friday my car arrived in Illinois in perfect condition.

I cannot give this company one star but this site would not send without a rating. I give a 0! If you want to lose money this is your company. I have NEVER been treated as poorly and disrespected as a customer in my life.
I wanted this company to deliver a Jaguar for me from Baltimore to North Myrtle Beach. I had to give them a deposit of $50.00 and the car was supposed to be delivered in three days. I waited weeks with no call to me, explaining why my car had not been delivered. I called them several times asking about my delivery and was told it will be delivered in a couple of days. After a couple of days I called back again and was not very nice. I told them I wanted my car delivered the next day. I was told they did not have a truck to deliver it. I informed them to forget it! I requested my $50.00 deposit back and was told they would check in to it. I have been waiting for this refund since November, it is now January. I have called the guy, Gary, numerous times and he has told me five times he is working on getting my refund. He also has told me he would call me back the next day to inform me of my refund but he NEVER calls back. As of now he has blocked my cell phone and my house phone because he doesn't want to talk to me. I have also Emailed this company asking for my refund and they have not responded. This is the WORST business I have ever dealt with. I called another company to have my Jaguar delivered. They did not ask for a deposit and my car was delivered in two days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ive been using the FDS dispatching service from the last two years and loved the service.
I was using this service for twice a year for shipping car, motorcycle and always glad to use this service.
