I find it difficult to understand how a package can be "Out For Delivery" for 2 days and then still not arrive. First I received an email that the package would arrive Wednesday. Then late in the day on Wednesday I received an email stating that the package was on the vehicle for delivery and would arrive between 9:30 - 12:30. When that delivery window was missed I checked status to be informed that the package would be delivered by end of day. Well it is "end of day" and still no package. The latest update shows no delivery information available. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes trying to reach a FexEx representative. FedEx charges exorbitant shipping rates and still cannot deliver a package on a time and date that they set. Compare this to Amazon when 99% of the time there deliveries are on time and at no cost. I think FedEx needs to rethink its customer service model.

Fed EX...The reason Bezos started his own shipping company. FedEx is an utter and absolute pathetic joke of a courier company who simply can't get it right no matter how many times they try. They deserve every bit of thier global 1STAR rating and should frankly be shut down...your better off trying the old carrier pigeon honestly.

Terrible Service

I deal with all kinds of carriers in my business but FedEx is the absolute worst. They just dump packages toppled all over, they leave packages outside my building, they constantly block USPS mail boxes, residents cant get their mail without moving them. Then they hire a bunch of people that wreak of Marijuana and are clueless as to where they are. Don't bother complaining cause they don't care and are rude. Will never use them.

A recent package that shipped out of Riverside California to be delivered to Pasadena California took over a week to arrive because FedEx upon taking delivery of the package in Riverside shipped it all the way to Pennsylvania on the East cost and then to Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee and all over the place, before it finally made it to Arcadia California and at last Pasadena. I couldn't believe it took the package over a week and a half when it really shouldn't have taken more than 2 days. Talk about all the waste and all the resources and energy they used to take a simple package all over the United States only to end up about 50 miles from its original point of shipment. How stupid is FedEx?!

Product damaged by Fedex

Just received a product ordered during Black Friday. FedEx was the carrier. The box and the product arrived damaged. FedEx Driver run away even before I opened the door (probably he knew product was damaged and since this company is not Customer oriented, he just left me this headache). Now product must be replaced by the manufacturer. Hope the next delivery will not be handled by FedEx again. They are the worst Logistics company in Canada by far!

Stupid people

Customer service with broken English. Can't pick up your boxes because they typed in the wrong address. The box is too big for my car and that's why I called for a pick-up.

5 out of 6 deliveries went to the wrong address. They can't read past the number, ie the street name and you get the runaround when you complain. If there is a class action lawsuit against them I want to join

I was waiting for an expensive package- FedEx was at a stop sign two houses down for 15 minutes,
I could see them messing around with something and they drove off.
I get a text saying: FRM:*******_Fedex

MSG:trcb-3448-Re-enter your complete information for Reschedule delivery...

I tried to reschedule but since they left no tag and I didn't have the tracking number the FedEx customer service said they can't help me. Plus this is the second time they've done this

Fedex tracking number **************. There is no signature required, yet fedex will not deliver the package because nobody is present at the office. I signed the door tag and asked the driver to leave the package, to no avail. They attempted to deliver on the 24th, 25th, 26,28th, and today, 29th of November. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service and I keep being promised that the package will be delivered tomorrow. I am literally at the end of my rope. I am definitely dealing with the dumbest company around. I will cancel my corporate account and choose UPS from now on!

Terrible delivery service

I have a FedEx account where I supposedly can manage my delivery preferences. I written my delivery instructions in my a count where the delivery person is supposed to read them & follow those instructions. In the last 2 months I have had 2 deliveries & neither of those packages were delivered according to my instruction. Instead the guy leaves the packages in the entry way (I live in a secured building) that anyone can come in and steal the packages. We also have signage posted in that entryway that all packages have to be brought inside the building. And worse, 2 years ago FedEx lost my medications. I have filed complaints with a FedEx representative & supposedly someone is supposed to call me but that never happens. In the medications instance 8 months later I got a notice that they were delivered and signed for. But it was not my signature. In fact the person who signed for them does not live in this building. God knows who FedEx gave them to. It could have been a nefarious individual hoping that they were narcotics. Who knows? I will not ever do business again with a company that ships their product by FedEx. FedEx is very unreliable.

FedEx has become the worse company to ship with ground deliveries. 4 packages of mine show delivered by the driver and not one showed up at my door between Nov 25 - Nov 29. FedEx has done nothing to retrieve them and I am sure the driver still has a job. When does this end? When does the drivers start being held accountable for missing packages due to miss delivery to wrong locations or theft at that? UPS delivers perfectly fine and I have not had to ever put in a case with them. Accountability will go a long way and change how these drivers are careless for FedEx.

Its really sad you cant get past their automated system to resolve a probem, I received a call from a business that my package was delivered to them and I could not get past the system to get my package re-delivered. Very poor service

Idk y businesses use FedEx! They are so slow! I'm sitting here waiting on a package from them that was promised to me yesterday. Every carrier has delivered in my area today BUT FedEx. I hate using them. Unfortunately sometimes we gotta go through them but I try to advoid at ALL COST! Considering my packsage was promised to me yesterday it should already be here! I see ALOT of bad reviews abt this company but yet nothings being done to make them do one's job! Horrible. FedEx you guys really need to get it together! Why I'm the heavens gate ALL shipping carriers has delivered to my area BUT you?Come on now! Y'all not that popular! UPS is always here early on time! DHL works great! Amazon does too but when it comes to this company they suck!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I received an email yesterday saying my package would be delivered today. I made sure to be home, and I printed out the "Shipment Release Authorization" form and taped it to my door so it can be clearly seen in the unlikely case I missed the driver. At around 10:20am I see the FedEx truck pull up in front of my neighbor's house. I was expecting the door bell to ring or for my Ring doorbell to show that the driver was leaving a package. Instead, a get an email saying that they attempted delivery but that I wasn't home. THEY WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE! The driver could not read the address label on the package! I know that they went to the wrong house because they said they left a "missed delivery" notice on the door and there was nothing on my front door except the "Shipment Release Authorization" form! I called about 6 or 7 times and each time I was told that the customer service representative was reaching out the dispatch center to get the driver to come back and/or let me know where they were to meet them to get my package. Nothing happened. At about 2pm I finally drove out to this distribution center to see if I can get it here. I called one more time and asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor told me the distribution center closed at 12pm (noon). How come nobody else that I talked to told me this? I spent about 45 minutes on the phone and the "supervisor" said that nothing can be done and I would have to wait until the next day for my package because the FedEx driver couldn't read an address correctly on the shipping label. I will never use FedEx for any shipping ever again!

Lazy Employees

FedEx employee noted no one at residence at 1838hrs eastern time. Meanwhile we have been hosting a family gathering for the holidays with numerous vehicles in the yard and a dozen kids playing outside. With clear visibility of our neighbors yard there was also not an attempt to deliver to a neighbors house for the excuse of a wrong address. When reached out to FedEx customer service initially I was told they would contact the driver and have my package delivered as I notified them within 10 minutes of the false claim that was updated on my FedEx account. Driver did not return and follow up call noted it would be 2 more days before my package was attempted to deliver again. This company is absolutely miserable and I can not understand why any corporation would allow this company to deliver their goods. This company will ruin the reputation of other businesses due to Lisa poor customer service and lazy $#*! employees.

Crap delivery company

I was expecting a delivery of a package from a company order value of £839 on Wednesday 23rd November but FedEx sent me a message at 7.30pm stating that they attempted delivery which is a LIE!
I checked my CCTV and there was no sign of them...liars!
Probably they could not find us and gave up and returned back to Milton Keynes depot.
I then contact their customer support on Thursday as conveniently their telephone lines close at 6pm and it was like talking to idiots as they never listened to my concerns.
As I was talking to them I received an email from FedEx saying they are delivering the items today again up to 6pm...WRONG!
I receive a further email update stating that due to operational issues the £839 order cannot be delivered today!
I spoke to Rehan at FedEx customer support, again cannot understand them and them me as we got nowhere again.
This company should close as they are worse than Hermes/Evri and that's saying something.
I've told them to return the £839 order back to the company and they can explain to them why I am return8ng the packages!
I have also contacted the company telling them my frustration.
FedEx DONT CARE THAT YOU ARE WAITING AT HOME ALL DAY FOR THE DELIVERY TWICE!

I waited outside for 4 hours I got a notification that my package couldn't be delivered because ( Noone was there to receive it... they didn't even passed by the house... 3 days trying to deliver it!
