Package received at local terminal on Monday and schedule for on Tuesday. Package not delivered. Package schedule to be delivered on Wednesday and not delivered due to operational tempo. Package schedule for delivery on Thursday and not delivered. Call FedEx they said would be delivered by 8:00 pm and not delivered. Call FedEx again and was told FedEx ground had till 10:00 pm for ground delivery. No Delivery, how many more stories will there be before I receive my package. Next time I will use UPS since I have never had a problem like this with UPS!
Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I'd give a zero if I could! Used Fedex for the first and last time. Pick up 2nd December (UK) and delivery date 6th December (Canada). Finally delivered On 18th December and that was after I escalated to their CEO (who didn't reply but mysteriously/coincidentally the parcel started moving) after getting fed up with their BS copy and paste 'customer service' emails. Constant excuses about trucks/planes being full and being given false information/questions not being answered. After delivery I was told I'd receive a 50% refund (I had to ask for this). I chased this only to be told I'll receive a credit on my Fedex Account - No use to me as I'll never use them again! I'd rather ask a butcher to look after my cow! Without doubt the worst logistics courier that I've ever had the displeasure to use and I intend to repeat this message on as many forums as possible!

Ordered $600 AC unit with delivery scheduled for 7/25. Delivered late 7/27 with outer box destroyed. Started taking pictured before touching box to document process. After 30 pictures and the package finally opened, the side of the AC unit was caved in. Called FedEx customer service and was told I could not file a complaint or review of FedEx, that HomeDepot or the original shipper would have to be the one to do that. I as the consumer I have no ability to do so, and then they had the balls to ask me to complete a survey before hanging up.
Please don't waste your money on using FedEx for overnight delivery. I waited 6 days and had to go to the South Holland facility to retrieve my package. Oh the customer service was non existent. You either deal with people with bad attitudes or those that give false information without any repercussions.
They guaranteed 2 day shipping and lied about it. They left it in the next county for ovet 12 hours and had no intention on getting me my expensive package on time because nobody there is held accountable! This is not an isolated incident! They shouldn't make claims like 2 day guarantee when they can't come through. Everytime that FedEx has to deliver a Package to me by a Guarantied Delivery date it gives you the day time says it out for delivery with a time window to expect delivery but by the end of the day you get an email saying it is DELAYED DELIVERY. They really need to close this delivery company down or learn how to handle and deliver packages. If there was NEGATIVE STARS that is all this company would ever get. I spent over $600 trying to get one little vial of medicine that needed to be refrigerated to the Philippines in 4 days. FedEx promised 3 days with their International Priority shipping. We are now at 6 days. The medicine is ruined at the shipment is still sitting some warehouse in the Philippines. Horrible. I would give 0 or negative stars if i could.

Every single time I receive a package through fedex my package is destroyed. I mean it's like somebody is purposely checking my merchandise the package I received today it's a wonder how my items where still inside. I held it upside down on my bed and everything just tumble out. You have to be kidding me if this is they way their employees are handling peoples things. I'm located in East Texas check these business and employees Jesus! Also I should add the driver didn't even deliver my packages to my door if so I would have posted a picture of the driver but unfortunately they dropped both boxes at my mailbox for anyone to pick up as you can see in the picture with the mailbox the damaged side was facing the street so when I did pick them up I wasnt really pay attention

Awful, awful experience. Paid for expedited shipping/Saturday delivery. Ordered item 8 days ago. Delivery date has been kicked back 3 times. The warehouse my package is at is 25 minutes away. In trying to call customer service to speak to an agent, the automated system won't let me even do that.
Take my money for an expedited shipping & then do as little as possible to see thru that obligation. That's what I'm getting here.
