This is the 1st time I ordered from India to my family in UK. I was quite anxious however Ferns and Petals were fantastic and delivered my gift on time. No hassles and no mess up. I am much delighted and can't want to order soon. And the cake was absolutely fresh, delicious and exactly as it was on their website. My nephew loved it.

The service of FNP has improved drastically from previous years in all aspects. Its actually very amusing and of course a nice feeling when incase we linger longer than the few minutes to place an order - I suddenly got busy and left something added to my cart and could not finish my payment - I immediately got a call from their executive who offered to help me forward and also offered me a discount - which was most welcome!
And best part was I got a reminder call early morning of the previous day reminding me that my friend's birthday was coming up. Kuddos!
The product was also as seen on their website.

We love ordering flowers from fnp. I have done it for a number of occasions, sending flwoets to my family in India. Very efficient- great website with great selection, on-time, keeps you informed of the status and great fresh flowers exactly as shown on the website. Very impressed!

So happy with the product... punctuality 5star... taste wise... yet to taste. Look wise 5 star... only the message started to melt due to intense heat. I ordered a bouquet of roses and a cake for my parents anniversary. I am based in Australia and my parents are in India. A perfect experience. The highlight was the delivery person who patiently waited outsdie the apartment complex for 15 minutes to deliver at the time I had asked for delivery while ordering.

The flowers were very fresh and continue to look good after 36 hours of delivery. Well done, team!
