Ordered this 3 KG Flamboyant Barbie Cake Black Forest. Order # 55921204 dated 9/18/3024. The cake got delivered damaged with the barbie broken. Contacted customer service and their response was its an one time instance, with no other resolution. Choose a better company for your cake and flower or gift orders.
I wanted to send a cake for my sister's birthday. She lived in another city. I hesitantly tried Ferns n Petals. Ordering the cake was a cake walk. I am so happy. Now i have a reliable source to spread happiness
Since we are in a Lockdown phase I decided to try ferns and petals for the delivery of a cake. This is the first time I tried them. And I must say I was very very impressed. Cake was absolutely tasty. Well made and beyond my expectations. Will continue to use F&P more often

I had earlier ordered for rakhi to be delivered in USA and Canada. Both were delivered in time inspite of the rush in festival time. And I was informed by my sisters that the product was good and came in attractive package.
Recently I ordered gift hamper of sweets etc for Diwali and it reached in time. The only issue was that their website doesn't tell us which brand of sweets they would send. Since these are gifts, we are never sure about the quality of sweets.

The order was put at 2:15 pm and was delivered same day by 8:15 pm with in between tracking status.The cake looks exactly same as it was shown on website.
