Ordered this 3 KG Flamboyant Barbie Cake Black Forest. Order # 55921204 dated 9/18/3024. The cake got delivered damaged with the barbie broken. Contacted customer service and their response was its an one time instance, with no other resolution. Choose a better company for your cake and flower or gift orders.
Excellent service but it is very expensive. Team should work on cost aspects of entire value chain of the product and services
