This is a very fair review:
I understand angry people will bombard a company with 1 star reviews but I do not agree with those.

However, Let me get to my review. Read fully for pros and cons

Pros:
- Quality of the product is excellent, all my loved ones love it and that's what matters
- Price is very reasonable

Cons:
- Not sure why they have a "Delivery date" option. They will deliver when they want to deliver
- Customer service is complicated, they are all confused. They will close tickets without getting to a resolution WITH THE CUSTOMER. They will assume they have a resolution and close it. They are not rude or unwilling to help, I think they just don't know how to properly help.
- "Resolution" is usually unsatisfactory and delayed

It happens with me earlier also but I haven't complained But this time You guys made my mother's birthday surprise into shock, I received NOT DRY flowers only but Dead Flowers And the Cake quality was So Pathetic it seems like 2 days old.

I feel ashamed to order for my Mother's birthday from F&P your quality has reached to the level where I've to make a dispute now as The picture's shows while ordering is totally different which I received.

On 18 December 2023, received flowers from FNP which are about to wither(one of the pictures enclosed but many of the flower petals have withered). Called them and received text later that FNP would deliver again but it was all a lie. Nothing was received. This web-site appeared to be scamming customers by sending sub-standard flowers and gifts. I have been very fortunate by finding this amazing company from past one year. I miss my family in India and Ferns and Petals help me celebrate their special days by letting me order cakes, beautiful flowers and gifts from US. They have maintained their high quality customer service with great products, timely delivery with reasonable prices.

I use their services at least a couple times a year to deliver flowers or gifts back home in India and I am always amazed! Never ever order from this terrible platform. Worst service and you will regret it. Pathetic online gifting place.
Not able to understand single word from there customer service team. They always give reasons for not delivering the order and can change the delivery date according to there needs.

U will be happy and satisfied for sending Ur own wishes and feelings through a card, when you are too far to reach your loved one. They will print your words inside the occasion card, which will relieve your sadness of not being with your loved one on that special occasion. Overall Happiness overloads. Thanks guys

Do not waste your money.
Delivered product wasn't even close to what they showed on their website. Tried contacting customer support, they kept me in the mail loop for over 3-4 days but no resolution provided.
Products are local so get them locally and save your money.

The surfing was smooth, products were comparatively economic, of high quality and the delivery process was brilliant. Got it on the customised date and was mailed about each processing step. Especially loved the personal note writing option along with the product.

This is my second order with them and I'm aghast that they find some way or the other to screw up the occasion. Last time inspite of the explicit instructions that the delivery cannot be after 5pm, as the person receiving was leaving town they delayed it by 3 hours and the delivery went waste. They even refused refund as well.

This time they accepted a 7-9 am slot today, took extra money for that and didn't even bother to inform that they cannot meet the commitment. Only when I called now at 0930 they are saying they cannot deliver.

I'm feeling stupid going to them again. They have not even initiated a refund.

Very third class service, I have ordered Rakhi for international delivery it was supposed to deliver on 6th August, till date nowhere about of shipments, I complained on the website, no response either, nobody cares at all, they ruined our festival with false delivery dates, I will never use this site for any online deliveries.
They are the spoilers of your mood and money.

These people dont deserve to be listed on the internet. Maximum they can do is say sorry after you will face the horrible experience. My anniversary got completed today is the next day and still cake and flowers not delivered yet. Trust me dont ever order from this website. I am totally dissappointed with their customer suppport also, very rude and only answer they will have is "sorry for loss". Like seriously? Who wants to give gift on the next day of the event? Even after charging me express hand delivery charges of Rs.999/- it wasnt delivered in the entire day.
Last year when i ordered, the cake delivered was of such a poor quality. It had to be thrown as none of the guest wanted to eat such poor quality cake.
After 2 consecutive bad experience i wont recommend this website to anyone.

Complete rip-off. We received a photo from the recipient showing a $15.99 Costco cake (whoever did the delivery did not even bother to take off the price tag) and a bunch of roses. This is after giving your company INR $8733.80/ AUD $164 for the order of a chocolate cake and roses to be delivered in Seattle, WA. Surely you could have spent a little more effort to organise a better cake after spending all that money. On Instacart I could have ordered this for $40 and gotten free delivery. You are robbing people, totally misrepresenting your offering and not presenting the gift tastefully either.

Ridiculous website and service. They cant deliver on the promised time in a sub-city like Dwarka, new delhi, where they call themselves as 'highly established' and they will not take responsibility and ownership of their mistake. Even after paying extra amount for 'instant delivery' the flower reached after 48hrs and that too stale flowers especially the roses. Customer service is also $#*! and will give you a highly frustrating experience.

FnP has terrible customer services. They deliver much less than shown in pics, always late. They will close your purchase as delivered without actually sending flowers.

I placed an order (order# *******) on 17/05/2023 to deliver gift on 20/05/2023 and still waiting on today 27/05/2023 to receive the items. FNP customer care staff is telling delivery within 24 hours when ever I call them everyday. They provided DelhiVeri courier tracking number but their website is not showing proper information and their contact number is not working. FNP offered me 20% discount on next order that I refused because I am not going to order anymore with this people.

What was selected and ordered from their website was not delivered. It was as simple as Carnations and Baby's breath. Carnations arrived minus Baby's breath spoiling the whole presentation of the bouquet.

These people are fraud nd cheater, i placed an oreder for rakhi nd was abt to deliver on or before 28th aug, where it still not delivered nd no update, even no resolution from customer care. Pathetic service

In August 2021 I ordered from FnP a few Rakhis along with combo of sweets and a different order of a gift item to be shipped at the one same address. The Rakhis were received but Cadbury Silk chocolate which was in combo offer was not delivered. Also the order of the gift item was not delivered. They refunded INR 99.00 for the chocolate. But they are not refunding the amount of the gift item. Multiple emails with ticket numbers were raised and the Customer Service Department refers to the Status 'Delivered' on the order. On each email I have explained that the Status provided on the order is wrong and that the item was neither delivered nor received by us.
There's no apology from their end, no regret of missing the item, not accepting the non-delivery of the order or there is no refund coming from them. I raise the issue every morning since August 16 and today is August 24. The issue is still not solved.
Ferns N Petals pioneers in breaking hearts and trust. Really a shame!

Worst experience ever... fraud website vth all stupid customer care service providers doesnt understnd the emotions of people... dint delivered d product on d day which i need... not evn responding n solving d issue... these people r not fit to run dis kind of business at all...

Recommend not to use ferns and petals as pathetic service they will ruin your special occasions by not getting things delivered…just taking money and conveniently saying order of stock ….
