You ask for a phone number an give no rates an then i get tons of calls an that is irritating. Its a trick to get your phone number you should give the interest rate by email an then if i like what i see i can call the lender what a scam

We homeowners are in a catch 22 situation. Banks won't offer a line of credit or a cash out due to bad credit. Don't they realize we could pay off our mortgage and creditors with a cash out improving our credit?

I am not sure about how this could work. I bought a home in 2013 after selling my home & my retired husband of 22 years serving in the military as well as being a disable vet plus also losing his leg passed in 2010. I bought a mobile home & signed half of it to Kenneth Watson to. Help take care of me I make the payment each month on the home. I would to sell the home & get me a home that has no steps. This mobile home is hard for me to get up & down the steps.

I was looking for information about getting stimulus benefits to repay part of my mortgage & was taken to a site to hopefully get money to help pay my mortgage. I was brought to a site for Lending Tree & given mortgage companies & different rates if I refinance now; no mention of stimulus money made.

I don't want to talk to people I would prefer to see what they have to off, realizing it will only be an estimate, before I speak with anyone. I don't want to talk to anyone without first seeing some basic information. When I can look at the information I will then reach out to the one I feel may be right for me.

I hate the frequent nonstop calls from banks Without providing the information fished in the advertisement. And the frequent pressure to pull A hard credit check when is just as simple to do a soft check

This is a scam. You say in your ad this is a Federal Program, but then sends you to a bunch of mortgage banks to try and refinance the house. Your ad says that this "federal program" is going to cut down your payment, not get another mortgage. Liars

As far as it goes, it's great. But I'm in a reverse mortgage. I don't pay anything. Got it before I married a veteran. The house is only in my name Barkman. I wish I could get out of that mortgage, but truly could not afford the payment. Hope you can help me.

I wanted to see what rate might be offered if I refinanced. This is just a way for lenders to get my name and call me – I've already gone this route. I now I'm in another loop for multiple phone calls. If I could I would remove my name from this list.

You said that the rate will be displayed but yet you will have multiple lenders call you and non of them are talking the government program just a refi witihin their banks! False advertisement and I'm sick of trying find out what these supposed govt programs are that don't really exist!

This appears to be a phishing expedition rather than providing the "quote" and now I will be slammed with 200 calls from the lenders mentioned plus all the mystery people who buy information to perpetuate scam and spam calls

I am disappointed that I have to be contacted rather than getting the information I was told I would get. I will just get phone calls from people wanted to sell me something. I just wanted to know more about the possibility that I could reduce my loan amount.

As soon as I completed my request for quote with my phone number, my telephone rang and was a lender that came up on the next web page as a lender in my area. Less than two minutes later, another lender called from my area and left me a 3 minute message about "my request to refi my home." I just wanted to see if I qualified for a deduction in mortgage and was NOT looking to get hassled with phone calls from refi lenders.

If was easy & quick; however when you ask for an address it is unclear whether you are asking for a current address or the address of a potential home which someone would like to purchase. If the latter then how do you know if that's the address you will definitely purchase or if you have to continue looking because someone beat you to the punch before you even had a chance to make an offer?!?!?!?!

I expected a response via email. I didn't get one. So, I expect you tried to contact me by telephone. My phone is off at 0030. Don't phone me. Email me. I learned the first time I tried a simular request. I'll refinance on my own terms - not with high pressure late night phone calls.

I am expecting a quote ASAP. Not have to go through a loan company now. Show me the quotes an I will check out the company I want to go with. Also I do not want a charge for refinancing. I am done paying those fees. They are a rip-off!

Put in my information just to see my rates to see if a qualifier for anything and within seconds I started getting blasted with a bunch of text messages and a phone call and haven't even got to where I can see anything yet...

My experience first account with a few about it and didn't know what to do but if I talk to them they made everything much easier maybe calm down a lot Maybe everything in a different perspective a better perspective
