So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!
Not bringing a basket of qualified lenders but a punch of lenders that are associated with your marketing program
Before I had even finished filling out the questions, I had phone calls from lenders. 4 within 5 minutes. I don't want to talk non-stop to people on the phone who have a script they have to read to me.
I wanted REAL INFORMATION regarding refinance rates for excellent credit ratings.
I only wanted to know if the featured mortgage program for veterans was available to vets getting a new mortgage as well as those who already had a mortgage. Unfortunately, in order to progress further into the article you have to provide personal info which then resulted in my receiving 5 or 6 phone calls from mortgage companies trying to sign me up. I wasn't looking to do that. I just wanted a yes or no answer about the program being available to new mortgage obtainies.
They were the ones who sponsored the add. I didn't have any choice.
Sending my info to lenders right away should be in writing b4 i decide to put my info into this form. If I was told before, I probably would not have filled it out or would not put in my phone number.
Missleading advertisements that promises much more than it can provide.
You are con-artists with nothing to offer but a gimmick to skim some percentage from actual lenders; legislators must be in on the con or they would pass laws to make you reveal honest crucial information. You aree but predatoers.
I made the error of trusting that you might be what you pretend to be--an actual lender. I knew the risk, but wanted actual data: you are a waste of time, and a predatory scavenger. You could be told to $#*! off but that would only increase your kind.
So far, everything has gone smoothly. After the death of my husband, I am trying to decide on possibly selling my home in South Carolina and moving to or near Atlanta, Georgia to be near my daughter and grandson and family.
I was checking the government website and chose this site.

Original page info saiD gov program can save you… find out in just 2minutes to see if I qualify and how much I can save. I get list of lenders that can help for my 2 mins no how much no info on actually if I qualified for program so yes this is same old crap advertising
My credit is excellent. I pay my credit cards
And my bank expenses, on time, no lateness.I pay my car and my rent for 6 years without fail of lateness. I care about the credibility, honest and keep up with creditors standards.
I saw it in an add, need to purchase a house; the rent are too high not worth it.
I prefer to pay mortgage.
Waste of time and effort only to get a list of other companies that are doing the same thing as you are doing. You are not a lender nor do you have any lenders that are doing business with/thru your website at all. Scam waste of time
I don't have any charges against my credit.I paid one that wasn't mine off because my son ran it up without my knowledge and I paid that off months ago.I just need to get my credit existence started so I have credit to build on. I'll let you know after I talk to the lenders and what they choose to do,

I was contacted immediately and connected with a representative that was very knowledgeable in assisting me in assessing whether or not a new mortgage was in my best interest. The representative was honest and forthright with information to benefit my decision.
I ran across an advertisement that suggested a much lower interest rate than what I have on my mortgage presently. Unfortunately the advertisement wasn't true for my situation.
This website used lies to mislead me into thinking I was applying for a program to reduce my mortgage. It is just a way to try to get me to refinance my mortgage. There is no special program and this should be illegal.
I didn't choose fetcharate it lied to draw me into it's scam.
You never asked if I had a mortgage. I have never had a mortgage payment on my home. I'm trying to find a company that has a grant so I do not have to pay back the funds. Sorry to bother you you are not one of them. So please do not contact me. Thank you for your time
Didn't understand what you were all about until I got to the end. You are not what I am looking for.
You do this to me EVERY TIME? Why will you not help me find a better loan to refinance my home loan? You say that when you find lenders, that you will contact me? But you never do? And the fact that I have a mobile home, which is not mobile, should not be making it impossible to look for a home refinance with a lower payment and a lower interest rate?
I'm always reluctant to fill these out because i want information not solicitations.
And as usual, i hadn't even finished all the steps when i started getting calls to APPLY for loans. I wanted to know what the currant interest rates are because I'm looking to buy.

I already did a refinance. This site was supposed to be for a $350 discount. Very misleading. Don't want any phone calls. Now I'm screwed. I'll be getting phone calls I don't want. Thanks for nothing.
You failed to provide any proposed lender terms. All you did was try to get my name and number to solicit me by selling my info to lenders. Gotcha! I expected you were deceptive and did not provide correct info.

I wanted to get an idea for interest rates available.
It ok but the add to get you yo this point is very very deceptive when your talking a home loan why play tricks so basically get grate lies to hold you in there is no easy payoff if huges reductions in what you own so it is basically a bait and switch scheme

I saw this offer of what I should know before making my next mortgage payment. No one can beat my current interest of 3.25%.
I want to know about this special offer, not a list of lenders who will refinance my mortgage at a higher interest rate.
So far I have not been bothered by lenders or had my phone ring. But I have not received a quote or percentage rate or the cost of the loan. I am sure that I wont be happy about the percentage rate because I currently have a 2% fixed rate. That is going to be hard to beat if not impossible.
