So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!

Not looking forward to my phone ringing off the hook at all hours of day & night from Lenders that i have not requested they call me, by my contacting them 1st by email or phone call.
Would like to know the cash out available funds or reduced interest rate & payment I would obtain by refinancing only my 2nd mortgage & credit line
& if it would be possible to modify my 1st Mortgage, keeping it’s fixed interest rate, but increasing principal owed.

My house need fixing up and I don't have the money to do it and I retiree and SSA and who going to loan me money enough to fix my house up and not be charged a whole lot of money to do it wish I can get the government to help me but I don't think they will help me, like HUD home,
