So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!
Not bringing a basket of qualified lenders but a punch of lenders that are associated with your marketing program
You didn't even ask me simple screening questions like "have you previously had a VA loan."
Also, I've now gotten 2 phone calls and haven't even finished providing this feedback.

The way that you had it written up basically impressed upon me that my mortgage would be well paid off if not you know shaved down which we probably owe half the value now anyway so I was thinking I think I feel I was maybe led astray a little bit but that's OK I mean we can refinance see what happens.

I didn't even get finished submitting information to see if I qualified and a "bank" was already calling me WAY after "banking hours". That tells me this is bogus!

Telling me you'll match with lenders and then saying you can't show them is BS. I will pick my lender and not have massive amounts of Spam calling me.

I feel this is a scam to get to my personal informatoin. I know from experience that there are several banks and credit unions that would gladly discuss refiniancing with me. I have never heard of this lender and I would never do buisness with a company/lender that has low visibility.

This is just like ever other scheming site out there so far - put in your details and now im expecting to get calls like crazy! I just wanted an rough idea of how much I may be able to save.
I have Fetcharate a chance and genuinely my thought maybe just maybe they would show savings without me getting called by every company under the sun

I do not see anything with a 2.75 rate or close to it, so I think your advertisement is fraudulent. I've already investigated Rocket Mortgage, for example, and their rate is over 5 percent.

It said you would let us know what we qualified for savings. We will have a multitude of harassing calls from loan companies now that we don't want. This is a deceptive add.

The one thing I would like too see you do is ask exactly the types of home and the mortgage. This is a way to explain certain things there are not really choices.
Well so far things look good and quite easy this could be a very good thing for a lot of people who are wanting something to help them out in a simple way.
