So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!

The information provided can be misleading as it suggests that a refinancing rate would be offered without first collecting all of the customer's information. This can be deceiving and unfair to the customer so now I will have many companies and bank people calling me, and I won't be able to answer my phone. You need to make sure to honor your commitments and stay true to your beliefs by checking equity and making sure to follow through with honoring what you say I learned a new lesson, if it's 2 good to be true it probably is. My sincere regrets!
I thought they would help find out how much equity is in my home, but instead, they turned me over to a whole bunch of mortgage people and banks that would be following me. It's very upsetting and misleading.

When I was in search of a new home, this service came in handy for me, mainly because of their offer, their platform.
It helped me to evaluate the sellers, their offers, compare them according to such parameters as price, for instance. They really have helped me and I am thankful to them for that.
Other than that, it's worth mentioning that they secure all the data of yours as they use advanced technologies for this purpose. So no worries, mates.

Quick and easy but i would have wished to see the rates after the Lenders infomation
Because every thing like this is a referral system and when they start calling, and they never stop calling, the people cant help me because of info you giving them was incomplete or they wouldnt have even been an option
You guys lied and told me i was matched to lenders for me to put my email in yeah well that was a lie i put my email in and clicked enter and bam sorry no matched lenders at this time what a joke and waist of my time!

Quick and easy to use. Also follows up on any information about properties in your area. Including price drop or increase. And options for whatever you want to do. Eg. Buying, Refinancing or selling and gives you a list of lenders. Very good so far.

Working with 2 lenders (Loan Depot & Royal United).LD's system is down and unable to update me on current status. About to set closing date with either. BUT: Both have my NEW mortg. Over $152K! Most debt would be paid off but monthly mortg. About $1129. RU int. 5.75. LD int. 5.99. HOW can your lender possibly do loan consolid. Of $30,000 and NOT raise my current mortgage?
I keep getting invites from you with suggestions that aren't anywhere near matched by big lenders out there. WHAT GIVES?

I've input info previously but did not receive any viable results. I don't expect to be able to lower my mortgage and would prefer an equity loan but the interest rates are ridiculous. I'm borrowing MY OWN MONEY. Makes no sense.

If I don't have to provide more personal information, this is great. I looked into refinancing years ago, spent 250.00, and was denied because of a late payment by my ex-husband before I had sole ownership.
My interest rates with Chase are considerably higher than most lending agencies now. I check them all that are emailed to me.
I completed to see if qualify & learn more. What I got was a phone with everyone calling at one time. Don't know why need email as never send info just get calls. Plus, it's always higher then it said.
Came up on phone & thought I would learn more about savings but just sends you to lenders.
I haven't spoken with anyone yet, but I have received names of mortgage companies that I've been matched with-so that's a plus! Looking forward to hearing how they might be able to help me. If they can-I'll give them an even better rating!
Looking for a cash-out refinance. Our A/C went out and we need the help badly right now.
I received a call from Loan Depot directly after my info was sent. I'm currently in dispute over my remaining balance and have an attorney on the case. Once that is rectified I will be able to pursue either a refinance or may be compensated for this discrepancy; you see their are 4 years unaccounted for in my billing because my current Bank of America had bought the smaller mortgage company out.
I have filled out my information on half a dozen sites like this.
The only thing I ever got was phone calls day and night. Nobody wants a old house. Someone will get around to you, for a million dollars or more.
I chose Fetcharate because it had all the come on's. They all led to dead ends. I will not waste my time again, on these misleading bogus advertisements.
The phone begins ringing before one finishes. Looking for information to what is being offered not bombarded with phone calls all day, just send your letters and let me choose if I want to follow/ up.
