So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!

Cold ad popped up
You tricked me into giving information thinking I would get an immediate response online. I do not want to be bothered by people calling me about a refi when I'm not ready for that.

You advertise that I can get lower rates as a veteran. But all your site does is send me to other loan websites, that require that I AGAIN fill out my information. NOT giving me any information as to the Pennsylvania Veterans Program that you advertised. To me, that is a simple "Bait and Switch" SCAM.

It has been months thinking I should go to the bank to see if I could help for my house remodeling it it needs it seriously more so than ever on any house I've ever had you guys give me opportunities that I never knew that was out there I do appreciate it new opportunity

I was looking for an actual number, not the names of other banks, that would be interested in giving me a refinancing package. You did not do what you said you would do. Two stars at best.
See an amount that I'd like to be able to use from my houses equity, alas, that did not happen.

Would prefer to see actual rates with potentials. A list of lenders doesn't really provide a lot of value. Looks like I've just filled out a form to be mass called over the next couple of weeks.

Ad said I had matching lenders and did not actually have a lender at all. Not one! Please take me off your call list and email list. I would like removal from both.
Ad that lied
Easy to use, but should say up front that response will come from lender rather than leading one to believe that they will see an e estimate of what the potential response is.
Ease of use
I'll want to be sure your matches are in good standing my credit score is over 750 I want be sure I get the best deal. They're a lot of scammers out there

I like the brief application process but I would have preferred no email address being involved and if it had been that way then I would have given you a 5 star rating.
My daughter referred me because she had seen an info-mercial on a news media outlet advertising this website as a way for me to lower my rate and payment on my mortgage.
Vet mortgage was more interested in collecting information than in getting to the key point which is I wouldn't qualify for their program because there was no significant money to make off me.

Ask too much personal questions. Make it sound like a reduction without a refinance. Misleading. Thats why i put bull$#*! stuff in here. Just a refi scam

Misleading ad "Georgia: Stimulus will Pay Off Your Mortgage If You Have No Missed Payments"... Then when you click on the ad it changes to "Government Program Offers Up To $350/Month House Payment Reduction, You Can Check In 2 Minutes If You Qualify" then when you click on that it asks you few questions to see if you qualify for Refinancing your current loan, so much for the Stimulus will pay off your mortgage.
Loan Depot called me before I could even get my next question answered. I hit "Decline" instantly. I HATE shopping around for things like this, car insurance, car trading, etc.
It was an email I was curious about, bc I just got a new roof put on and completed 4 days ago. I only owe $7500. On my Mortgage. It's a 30 year fixed and I'll have it paid off soon, leaving it to take 23 years to payoff. But younger adult daughter and older adult daughter (single/ divorced) Mother of 2 has several debts in my name their dad and I have been paying for years.
Even though we are still in the infant stages of this finding another place to call Home, I am confident that fetcharate will uphold the margin of professionalism that would be expected!
