So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!

I think the website is very user friendly as I'm not good with doing things online I'm just learning so I tend to have major issues and it was super easy thank you.

The process so far is very easy, its the part where people barrage you with phone calls that we absolutely DETEST!
And, the exact reason we have NOT CHOSEN to move forward with this process, we feel like we were drawn in with the access to information, only to be set upon by SALES CALLS to actually review the information that was dangled as FREE!
There is nothing more precious than time, in our opinion, in trying to reserve the peace & quiet of our home, we find the constant ringing of a telephone very nerve wracking, to say nothing of trying to deal with aggressive sales people! It is possible that this experience may be UNIQUE, but we find that to be highly UNLIKELY! Our answering machine is full of UNSOLICITED sales calls on a daily basis!

The website ask for information to include your telephone, then your cell starts ringing before you even complete stuff on the website. It's 8:46 pm too late!

Saw the advertisement on what’s your house worth? Banks says property is worth 250,000. I think the property is worth more then that becuz it’s secluded, have a few acres of land, and everything like, septic system, 4” well, roof, 100 amp service, 95% efficient furnace and a/c unit, all are fairly new. Have some minor repairs that need done like holes in a few walls from kids, bedroom doors, and could use new windows. Had attic filled with 2’ of insulation. Has a finished basement. Wouldn’t take to much to get house back in shape. Kids are now moved out and I live alone. Besides, I’d like to fix house up to sell. I don’t need a house this big now. I’d get a lot more for house once repairs have been done.
It started as a relief, moved to disappointing, then I heard a Jimmy Buffet song and my feelings are in a disconnect for one with so little care this way
I researched lenders and they seem pretty thorough
