So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!
Not bringing a basket of qualified lenders but a punch of lenders that are associated with your marketing program
At the same time I entered my information, I already started getting phone calls (Loan Depot). A multitude of emails are bad enough - if I want to talk with someone, I will call them.
It ok I'm not the type who likes to put my information out on the web I don't like to have ******* get it and calling I'm 83 sleep days work nights I am busy great great grandmother and church don't have time for a lot of talking I don't drive and talk

Definitely a fast replying app, almost too fast, can't get through the information, before they start calling ya, a bit annoying on that note, but they stick to their word when they say fast.
This is such a bs marketing ploy. I barely had the information in and I got 8 phone calls! You're not giving me the information you said initially! I hate this kind of crap!'

Misleading ad Makes you think you will get a loan rate now. Not true. You have many lenders who will now bombard you with phone calls and email. I don't have that kind of time to spare.

Well I have invested 100,000.00 in my house and turned it into a 3 bedroom 2 bath form the two bedroom 1 bathroom I bought it for! Closed in the CARPORT and built it back with CBS BRICK like it was BUILT from the start all LEGAL by the book!
When I was asked for the balance owed the slider would not let me give a actual figure, it stopped at 100k. That tells me you want me to finance more than I owe.

This is just a scheme for lenders to make money. You start getting a bunch of phone calls to talk you into refinancing. Been through this before. Don't call me.
