So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!

I did not want to be contacted, I expected an answer from your app. Now I will have to deal with annoying calls from places I have already talked to. They can't lower my current 2.75% loan rate.
To see if YOU could lower my rate... not pass me off to other companies.
I was expecting to see a result and all I did was get a list of loans It was a scam to get a loan company to call me it never gave me an answer whether I qualify for the government program I think it's so unfair when people do this no I'm going to get 10 to 20 emails a day from lawn companies
Too many phone calls! Everyone calls consistently several times a day from all the different companies and it continues for weeks! It's too much of a headache to make the calls stop!
Interesting but not enough to have 20-30 calls a day all day especially between Medicare calls and Car Warranties! No way! Email is the best way to contact me and if I’m interested I WILL CALL THEM BACK!
I have no complaints as of yet and would like more time before I give a review but to be fair I did feel response time and information deserved a 5 star.

This a a $#*!ing scam. I don't want to be contacted by multiple lenders. Just wanted to know what the saving the so called government was giving. Again a bull$#*! scam ad
Everything seems to be quite fast, this may be a quality lender, however we must go forward to be sure. Such as verifying the prices that I have posted must be verified.

I thought you were supposed to tell me if I qualify to have my mortgage paid. But what you really wanted is to just get individuals to take out new home loans!

It's a little vague. While the site does tell of a loan opportunity it does not provide enough information for you to really decide if one wants to try to get loan.

I didn't want to find lenders yet. It said I could find out in 2 mins if I qualified and then I would look for local lenders. This is very time consuming.
I was linked to this web site by an article by the Veterans Administration regarding a possible help in buying a home with $42,000.00 down payment.
This seems like a scam. It's a bait and switch. I gave up my info but unknowingly now I realize I have put out my info for a bunch of sales pitches with no guarantee.
The ad said I would get info right away within minutes.
This was a deceitful ad for some special program but turned out just trying to get people to refinance. Even if i was looking to refinance I would not use it because of the ad.

I am a retired UFAF E6, After my retired I worked as a Tech Rep for Ford Aerospace for 18 years. I retired again but I stayed busy by working with my next door neighbor which had nine houses rented out I made repairs and helped him with up keep of his rental houses for an other eight years.
