So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!
Not bringing a basket of qualified lenders but a punch of lenders that are associated with your marketing program
My experience has been good with this first step but I am highly disallusioned because I spent at least 4 months of my time trying to refinance when the rates were from1.9 to 2.5 to no avail.

I expected you (Fetchrate) to provide the info you offered, specifically the going mortgage rates and the monthly payment on $275,000 refinance which includes a $175,000 cash out.
Because you offered to provide info I am looking for.
Provided no iformation except name and number of lender in exchange for having to give them my email and phone. Basically, just a setup for a sales call.

I Wally don't like being forced to give out personal information so I can be inundated with Call's and emails. I just wanted some information without commitment of giving personal information.
I will be happy to speak with a person on phone to understand more. I believe a one on one is far greater than emailing and hope info goes thru proper
I don't like scams. It would easier if you could not have mortgage lenders call you but give you the option as they never take you off the call list. Annoying!

We have a year or so to have our mortage paid off. Is there a easier way then making $1,500.00 monthly payments. Mr. Cooper made several mistakes that is why we are still paying them off.
Perhaps you can let us know our payoff price, and how much we still owe? Could you let us know what to do.
Easy to fill out. I love that they don't pull a credit check because my credit is excellent and it took a long time to get there. I just hope is true because I have been lied to before

You say you are going to give me rates - but all I get is a list of lenders and I have to go to each one individually and apply again. I could have done that with a google search!
Good overall, just looking at options at this time. I am just buying a new home I need to let it rest for a min. I will however in a month or to go back an revisit this program.
