So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!
Not bringing a basket of qualified lenders but a punch of lenders that are associated with your marketing program
I am having to put in a new furnace and air conditioner. The guy I talked with wanted to give me $10,000 to do it so that is why I stuck to it but it is awful high!, 236.09.
Because it said that thy would look at the rate and see if they could bring it down.
I only seen a note about getting your home price cut half into.

I didn't know this was a loan thought it was free money for people to fix their house. I do not borrow money. I pay all my Bill's with cash and own my house and car.

It pulled up a place that they say might give me a loan but I have tried many places and cannot find anyone who will grant me a loan so I doubt that you will either
To see if someone will give me a chance and give me the loan so that I can make repairs to my home
This looks like it might be an offer to get a simple refi and have nothing to do with the government program that was advertised to get me to enter my information.

Not an accurate choice for estimating our home value. Is this refinacing option only for people who own larger amounts on their current mortgage? We own $93,000 on a small, older home.
I gave this 2 stars because i feel that the invite is misleading, i have been thru this road before of sorting thru possible lenders only to be rejected, thought this was going to be different
Had a very hard time entering my address which was similar to another street with the same address numbers but the street names were a little different
Your very misleading lure clearly says by answering the questions I would be given the amount of cash out I would qualify for and the rate and terms. This was a lie. All you did was to send me a bunch of lenders and give them my information to solicit me. You totally mislead. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF MY INFORMATION

It sucks it didn't show me any lenders probably because my credit is 540 I have no debt and because of that they won't connect me with any lenders isn't that funny.
You were misleading in your message. You offered to give numbers but you took my information and gave nothing- My rates are lower than you offer anyway.

Seems to be the way to go. Personally, I'm trying to rebuild credit and this cash out program would be a good way to remove some debt and help promote my current goals.

The reputation a reputation for their low mortgage payments that will help somebody get on their feet that's what I need at this point
We refinanced not too long ago through Rocket Mortgage at 2.99%. If interest rates are down to 2.5% we may want to look at it. Also it would help to pull out some equity to pay off credit cards.
Misleading. I dont want to he contacted by lenders. This led me to believe i could fill out this bullsbit form and see what i qualified for, not sign up to get a bunch of unwanted calls and emails.
