So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!
Not bringing a basket of qualified lenders but a punch of lenders that are associated with your marketing program
This is false advertising. You should have mentioned upfront that the only way we'd get refinance info was via a sales telephone call. They've started calling already and I haven't even finished viewing this site. You can delete my info because we won't answer any of their phone calls. Please have someone delete our contact info. SHAME ON YOU!
Thought I'd get some online answers... WRONG!
It's after 9:00 p.m. checking a few things out on my phone as long as you don't call me back but then next 30 minutes at 10:00 p.m. and you wait tomorrow to a decent hour I'm good I could do business that way
I need some extra cash
Just cking it out
I would like know is it possible to refinance your home and take about $5,000.00 out in equality. If so is this possible. If so do you have to pay back the 5,000.00. I"m' trying to lower my mortgage payment to $600.00. I'm paying $845.00 for the last 16 yrs. With interest rate of 5.00 %.
Iam a single retired female only receiving $768.00 once social security take out for my medicare.
I do not appreciated getting bombarded by unsolicited phone calls without permission. You should ask your clients if they are ready, or which companies can contact them. Otherwise, you are just seeking my private information. Please fix this, thank you
I don't know now
Look if you're fishing for clients just be upfront about it nothing more irritating than reading and ad designed to help is a trap for end less phone calls when all you are looking for in correct and truthful information.
I only wanted to check eligibility for the VA program, not deal with or interact with numerous partner resources about financing. You site is deceptive, and ambiguous at best. Remove me from any further contacts subscriptions or affiliation. I will actively pursue legal remedies should further un-solicited contacts continue.
My credit rate is under review due to a breach. It's hard to deal with dropping 30+ pts in 3 most. I've never missed or late payment. There is no option to state change from 30 yr to 15, bimonthly do you still qualify?.
FB wanted to see
I HATE being bothered with phone calls since I am 100% deaf! Why can't I be contacted by TEXT or email instead? Is that too much to ask? Not everyone in the world is the same--Be flexible & creative! Think "outside of the box", for a change. Thank you.
Noticed an Ad online
I was ready to give a higher rating, but one of your mortgage companies, "Rocket Mortgage" called and then hung up on me when I answered! I can tell they really want my business! Thanks for your concern...
My experience with the application. Was very user friendly i skipped over a few sections will go back and complete where would I find you proffered lenders list would like to do my research before they contact me
I communicated via text with 2 lenders after their initial contact. I have not heard back and it has been more than 72 hours. Disappointed. I prefer to communicate in writing (text or email) rather than a phone call. I suggest you add an option for lender feedback.
First message I read was eliminate 15 years off your mortgage. Then I realize Im signing up for credit. Then after everything I get a message saying we can't provide you with any info but one of our lenders will be contacting you tommorrow. WOW no hype here.
To see if I could truly eliminate 15 years of my mortgage. Since my husband of 43 years I have had a time keeping my mortgage paid to keep my home. Somehow I have managed to do that. Now I can't even find out if I qualify or not and feel played to find out its a refinance.
Misleading advertisement. There is no special program. Pictures of fake politicians as if they are in a press conference. All this is is a refinance which anyone can do on their own. Useless third party go between.
I thought it was actually going to give me some information instead of put me on a list where now I'm going to get tons of lenders calling me. It's misleading by saying it let's us look into the possibilities with approximations of our properties equity and rates available. Instead it send like just another information gatherer giving no values or rates which obviously would only be estimated! Frustrated!
Because I thought from the information that I was actually going to get some good realistic estimates of my properties potential fair market value/equity and typical average of interest rate for persons with my credit rating bracket. I wouldn't have bothered at all if this was just going to gather my info and then my phone's going to ring off the hook for a couple weeks. I wanted to ponder the idea better being barraged by lenders! UGHHH
I was next to immediately contacted by sources to provide information I was looking for. In fact, if you're not ready to dive right into solutions, don't hit the submit button yet, lol. On the upside, the solutions presented were extremely viable & worth dropping everything to discuss. We ended up moving forward and saved A LOT of money!
Ad I was interested in finding out more information about
Happy, but suspicious, is this for real. We Joint Tenants of the property (Steven Brenner & Carol Brown) would like to save money, but with no costs at making this happen. A budget has been established; need to remain within that budget.
It looked positive and could potentially save overall costs within the mortgage already established within the Rocket Mortgage company.
I thought you were going to "help me", not send me off to someone else. This is a scam, now I'll be getting phone calls from many Lenders. That pisses me off. Never again. You people suck with your fake advertising.
I thought you could help me, your offer sounded forthright, boy was I wrong!
Looking to lower home mortgage and interest rate from 4.25% rate. Never missed at payment $758.38 per month due on the 1st. Of each month. Love off of Social Security Disability $1,830 net income per month. Paid 4 Wednesday of every month. Thank you Government for your assistance. Barbara Gonzalez, white female age 62.

It is irritating that the initial promotion talks about gaining information on a special government program and does not give that info.It just connects you to a list of loan companies, Very misleading and frustrating!
It says i can find out online, not talking to salesperson that just goes ahead and writes it up as if they'd made a sale when you just want to know interest rates, then they'll tell you they are going to do a soft cr ck which will not affect your credit score I beg to differ, i have an excellent score but its chalked full of comments too many inquiries what is this about as if it doesn't affect my score why is this. Comment written on the paper my score is on? And a person still can't just hear what the interest is for that day before all the factors are included!.
Why wasnt I told about this when I applied for loan, I have excellent credit but pay more percentage rate, pd cost of loan + 15 yrs added to life of loan?
I only talk to lenders that want me to add to my amount owed owing even more than i do, how is that suppose to be helping besides my ratecis 3% and kif i change to 30 yr the rate goes up to!
Because im trying to figure out how to save money now I'm retired and less income. Deems like everyone is lieing just to get you mixed up with them and then dog you because you don't want to be ripped off, i. See no advantage to try and save yourself by adding to your debt by getting cash that only has to be paid back and making it easier to loose the whole thing to the lenders, they are not looking out for me but for their own pocket!
Was easy but i answered questions and theyll call asking the same questions,
Looked like a more sensible site than ones that are just trying to make a windfall off you and tell you its a no brainer to add a bunch more to your debt, still cant figure out where the $2700 that they say you will get back if you take a loan against your home?
How am i saving money if i borrow say $15,000 adding not only that but the cost of refinance about $5000 to $10,000, which brings it to $75,000 to $80,000 and even tbough i have excellent credit I, m getting higher intrest rate because every time i inquire about interest rates financial institution requires to find out which i can understand but why are they telling people that it will NOT EFFECT MY CREDIT? And then where does the $3,700+. That these ads say the government will pay you but is never ebver mentioned where you get it from or if you have to apply, it says you do but once you open the ad hyou never hear or see anything about it so I want to know where the savings are at? How donyou send kids to college on the savings, what savings, too bad the US is now operating on lies, cheating and contempt and will feel that way until I'm shown the math formula used to come up with this stuff orbdo I need an attorney to find out what is being said as I DON'T understand it and feel I have the right to know, only reason for opening this site and probably won't get an explanation except for what these loan officers tell you, "It's a no brainer", and I feel that is correct that you are using NO BRAINS if you fall for it when probably in a few years or sooner everything will be worth much less than what is owed on it...
Find out what math formula these loan officers are using? Where does the $3700.+ that you are suppose to be getting back if you do refinance coming from?
Immediately after hitting submit I was called, emailed and texted by 5 different companies. I'm looking for information not trying to be bombarded by instantaneous sales pitches. It happened literally within seconds of hitting submit.
I clicked on what was apparently an ad disguised as an article advertising a government program, so deceptive and misleading from the jump.
Please remove my information. There was never a mention of your personal info was being given to loan companies. The whole thing started like this was a program.
I am not interested in being bombarded with calls or emails from sales people of any kind.
I was mislead into believing it was something that it's not.
I'm 30 minutes in to this and have not seen any quotes yet... you just took my information which I expect you'll give/provide/$ell to lenders and various others who will spend the next several days (at least) trying to reach me with with some kind of financial product or other. Off annoying of all is that the only way I'll ever actually get a quote if if I give all my info (again) to one or more of the lenders who call me!
I think I must not have been completely awake-I really thought for a minute that I might actually get a quote without having to provide. My private info first... I plead temporary insanity...
Why do you email me to tell me that there are refinance possibilities but don't already have my info? Then you only provide names and phone numbers of lenders with no rate info! This is totally a waste of time.
I field many calls from mortgage companies each week and so far have been wasting my time listening to their sales pitch which usually ends with "Sorry, we really can't help you." My credit score is based on problems with credit card companies. I am 81 years old and have never had an auto repossessed nor had a late mortgage payment except for a couple of months when my bank account was hacked and money stolen that caused several months of late payments which have been caught up. Apparently a history of on time mortgage payments and auto payments means nothing and I will await the usual answer..."Sorry, we cannot help you..."
