So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!

I don't like taking phone calls because many predatory lenders have misled me in the past and now so have you. I feel like you have purposely misled me today. I would prefer to be emailed or texted.

Never reaches the level " how much in your house worth " begs you to carry on th next page and loan offic3 number, like you couldn't googled that. Before going on to this worthless site.
All I received were lenders to call-AND, they are calling me. I simply wanted to know IF I was eligible and how much I would save. Now I have to deal with them. Thanks a lot!

You said I would see my rate - no rates shown and you just gave all my info to a bunch of lenders that are going to harass me now and i will get a bunch of emails, so you lied and DID share my info - I hate companies like you.
Because I thought you'd give me a rate as in "fetch a rate" but you didn't - your liars and misrepresented why you were gathering my info was just to sell it to lenders and not actually get me a rate. $#*!ing $#*!s.

To lower my house Pymt to 350.00/ mo it said if I owe less than 650,000 I could qualify and I’ve never been late on any payment!

I expected to receive more info. That included an actual amount expected with any fees to refinance. I got nothing like that. It was pretty easy to input info. And get lenders.
The ad on the website I saw made it seem like I could actually get $350/month reduced from my payment because I have not missed a payment.

Was given no rate and was told they would call which is no the way I wanted to do this. I owe under 40,000. Thought this would be easier.it is a trick

We currently have a 15 year loan at 2.75 %interest rate. If we qualify for cutting years off our loan but still retain our 2.75 % interest rate then I will be thrilled!

Information requested was standard. From reading the ad I though it was going to be some kind of grant from the federal government. NOT GOING TO A MORTGAGE COMPANY TO REFINANCE. IT IS A LITTLE MISS LEADING.

I began this because it was an advertisement for purchase money assistance for military veterans. I did not want to get contact information for lenders nor did I want to BE CONTACTED BY any lenders. It is a rediculous scam that these websites work this way!

I am very irritated. You were sneaky in your practices. You implied that I would receive quotes or information after I answered all you intrusive questions.
Because I was misled on getting the information, no where did it say anyone was going to call. I guess because you were aware most people wouldn't do it. I feel like that was very deceptive.

Thought info was being gathered for stimulus from government not for refinance. Had I known it from commercial lenders would not have filled out form. Not interested in refinance
