I have found 2 homes that I would like to be able to purchase. The items on my credit reports are quite easy to handle or negotiate. Some items do not belong to me so they will be easy to dispute. My father died and left me and my sisters a house so we are trying to decide to keep the house and use as rental property or sell and split the money. This is why I said 10% down payment at closing.

Your material is written to imply that rate "and financial information will be given simply by completing information. Then when the homeowner gets to that point when he thinks he'll have some information he learns that hes gonna be phoned by up to 5 people and have to go through 5 interviews to get any figures. This is dishonest

Your site says to fill out info to see what you can save. Which I did, but got no info on savings. Just got but on lists to be called about loans. I did not expect to get put on telemarketing call list, nor did I want to. A bit of false advertising if you ask me

This was very easy, but I am not sure about refinancing due to it adding to the balance of the loan. I just want to see what it would cost and what it would mean for my spouse if I died before the mortgage was paid off or at least down far enough to sell and pay it off.

I gave my information, but I got nothing in return except probably a lot of phone calls from lenders from whom I stilll will not get any useful information without having to give out more personal information. This is a dishonest website.

Very misleading to state that you are being connected to a government program & then sent to a mortgage broker website that probably just gets paid for every referral. Just dirty, greedy business practices.

The link I clicked on said this was a government saving program. I have been through the refi thing with several lenders and NONE of them can offer us a lower rate. I thought I was inquiring about a different way to save money. This is misleading advertising I sell ads and might contact the FCC about this. It's deceptive and flat out wrong.

This site is a completed waste of my time. The introduction makes you believe you are getting a cash out from the state that you live in, then attempts to set you up with a lender. My home is bought and paid for. I don't need a lender and certainly not interested in selling it Thanks but no thanks Don't bother calling! Ken Woodard

I have tried multiple times to be matched with a lender after being contacted by this site first via multiple emails. Only to get the results of no lenders to be matched with. It is frustrating that my inbox is flooded with emails from your team whilst I cannot even get a lead on a lender when I do visit your site.

I think you should be able to give a better communication of a rough right area into a cash out amount under the circumstances in which I have given. My score is because I have a lot of revolving credit.

I purchased some Awesome deals. I'm really Hoping that the Quality of the items that I purchased are as good as price I paid. Guess I'll wait and see. Will definitely give another review after they arrive.

This thing indicates an online quote. That's not what happens. Lenders call and try to get me to refi. I don't want to talk to anyone until I already know the new payment and the new rate as well as the new term. If this can't be provided from the information I've already given then why promise a quote that you can't provide without more info.

You have not given enough time to see if you are like every one else. Really advertising and carrying out fulfilling what you are advertising.

You shouldn't have to put in ALL your personal info to see information! If someone is just doing research they shouldn't be bothered by all sorts of phone calls. Provide the data not people calling to bother you.

Your ad indicated that you could get cheaper rates…I don't want to get a barage of phone calls from everyone bragging about their company's greatness. I just want info that will let ME decide what company will honestly and directly give me the info I need. Most of these companies call you with a contract in hand for you to sign. I don't do business like that.

I want to pick & call them. I don't do these kind of surveys I get slammed with phone calls, emails & put on mailing lists! I don't like that, their is always a gimmick involved.

I am not able to speak via my phones, cell or land line due to recent surgeries. I previously asked for e-mail contact only from my previous inquiry. I informed the last set of offers of this to no avail. Plus they only wanted to run a hard credit search to give me an offer without advising me what they had to offer to entice me to use them

Yes ms rasmussen is my favorite teacher and reccomened this website to me. She is helping me with my credit score and i am becoming an adult slowly. I am very poor and in need of extra money all the time. Very bored i am 69 years old and lonely i thought this was a dating website like farmers only.com but she tricked me that old fool or her she is a rebel now a days. I thought I could trust her but now i learned that i can not fall into this hole again she is the most meanest person around. Period girl!
