You said fill out the form and get a loan. All you did was try to match me with a lender. What kind of scam is this and what are you planning to do with my personal information. I going to report you people.

Your web site states something to effect that I will find out and/or if I qualify for the program. Said nothing about having to call a lender to find out what you should of already done. You wasted my time! Dont bother me again. I'm reporting you to the BBB!

I clicked on link regarding a news article instead of news article I get this advertisement... I saw advert and still decided to click in hope of just to see possibilities NOT companies who will then evaluate and try and sell me a refinance.

So so experience. Brandon tried to do a quick close. He does not understand this is a purchase that needs to be considered thoroughly before a buying decision is made. This not used car purchase.

U advertised in an ad or whatever it is online and claim it can shave off 15 yrs etc but it does not say u have to refinance. Refinance is only for people with enough equity into their home. This isn't a legal program it's a scam to get people to refinance for yall to make money. It's false advertising and illegal

I was looking to see my rates and how much estimate just from the information I gave. I don't want to be bombarded with all these calls from lenders. Give me the estimates and the lender's numbers and I can call when I'm ready! Thank you

I really don't have a question for you at this time I try once in awhile to get my husband to sale because the yard is getting a little more harder for him to handle every yr but if we do that we would need to rent a 3bedroom so the oldest grandson would get off the living rooms floor and even the 2beds are higher than our mortgage payment is now

This is deceptive and i was immediately contacted by several lenders when i never requested to be contacted or agreed to be contacted by anyone! Why say its a government program lowering your mortgage payment when all it is is a bunch of money thirsty lenders trying to get you hooked! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves!

Misleading advertisement. It presents a link to take advantage of federal stimulus funds but all its just the typical link to mortgage companies who call you relentlessly. No value in this service and I gave the wrong number just in case it wasn't what the advertisement said it was. Glad I did.

It was pretty easy to use your website and self explanatory. But I would of gave more than 3 stars but I feel like I won't get a call back because i have heard we can't help you now, but let me down easy by telling me it doesnt mean we won't get back to u eventually. Anyway"s yeah obviously my credit score isn't that good right now but for a reason that is completely is not my fault. And I can explain if u call me and hear why my credit isn't nearly as good as it was a while back. I am over ******* behind on mortgage. My mortgage company (SPS) wants to help me but I have no income. I was let go from my job in March 2022, and I am now in the middle of a disability claim with Social Security.

You are misleading. Pretending you are going to give me a rate just to get my information. This only makes me upset and not want to work with any of your partners. Do not call me. I will go to my own back.

The fact you have to get endless phone calls just to find out if you qualify is ridiculous and it opens you up to endless scammers hackers and fraud not to mention just plain right out robbery. All from the false pretense that you can have your mortgage lowered and get cash back to pay off your debit by seeing if you can qualify without all the aggravation the process has to only find out you dont.

I supposedly have a loan with rocket mortgage, after divorce can't refinance because ex wife won't sign off on loan so I can refinance a loan that I believe to be fake and is all her credit card debit, why do you put me with the only to company's that have been screwing me for year's. HELP in Kansas

Why can't you verify me? You pay for ads telling people you can help them. We need help! We have crappy credit. So what? I was laid off on 1/31/20 and my husband had an accident that kept him from being able to work for 15+ weeks. COVID was going on. I paid all major credit on time and in full! I was NEVER late for my mortgage or car payments until the summer of 2020. That was over 30 years of on time payments! We're making more money thn we've ever made. We owe $0 on our current property - 5 acres, 750 sq ft cabin, with shop/garage within 1/2 mile of a major lake! We have no major debt. Just a few stupid companies who won't work with us to come up with a good resolution from a time when we were as well off financially as we are now. We have NO DEBT! We need to make basic home upgrades to our home and need help! Don't advertise that you can help if you refuse.

You advertise promises that you don't keep. I wanted to know the value of my home but after giving you all my personal information that you will now go and sell to a third party, I was told you could not give me that information. I would like to withdraw my consent. No thank you BAIT N' SWITCH!

I cant see what I'm typing because this site won't let you see. The site wasn't easy to navigate the site. 1 And the first thing when I first get connected, is your "rate your experience" kind of deal. I haven't even got to use the app and you're asking me how I like it? Why don't you wait until the user has the ability to interface with the app before you ask a user

It said no spam when looking into the service. But not 5 seconds after I checked into it, I started getting calls from mortgage brokers. I did not want nor expect to get bombarded with phone calls or emails on mortgage rates. I just wanted to see if we qualified. Now I am on a list to get non stop calls and emails from people I did not want.

I hate these sites that tell you to see your rate then ten million people call over and over again. It's all bait and switch h and I just wish lenders, insurance agents etc … would stop it. I won't answer any of these calls and it's just a waste of their time snd mine. Stop lying snd just say if you want to have lenders call to give you a rate, fill out gbe form

This site is a scam. Iy makes it sound like we will actually find a rate via this site. That is a lie, instead it takes the information you enter and sends it to loan lenders whe will then hound you for a very long time to get even more information. Then they will run your credit. This will cause your credit score to go down, then deny your loan request.

This was like bate and switch, it was supposed to be quick and easy. I have no info and now a sales person with presure tactics and time consuming questions is going to call. Not what i wanted at all.

You have all the information you need when you say you have a quote. When i try to find out what the quote is we start out having to give the same information that you already have. Same routine over and over. If you have a quote then give it and i mite give you a better rating.
