So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!

I live on a fixed income and my house payment is 369.00 a month I am only able to try and keep up with my payment so high and utiltys I have know extra money.At the time I got the loam threw the bank they said my payment would only be 261.00 will that didn't happen. Have a lower rate would allow me to live better.
Were looking to lower interest rate. And not willing pay more than we are at this time. Taking more and giving part of it back right is not what feel comfortable doing. We currently owe 46k, with 10 yr left on books, we are getting older and wish to keep the term of 10 yrs, with % rate lower. Clean and straight. We thank you for all your time.

Before my request was finished I received a phone call. I thought this was going to be something to send me places to call. Not be bombarded by calls before I finished. I was thinking of getting a loan and leaving my money invested.
I thought it was a government plan to help save money. But like everything else it is just a way to get your phone number out to a bunch of spam callers.
It seems like a bait and switch. It is talking about a government program then when you enter your info it switches to lenders. A message comes up that the match lenders can't come up, they will call. Then when they call the rates are higher and the payment is higher than the current payment.

You said in the advert that you'd tell me the value of my home, but you don't! Now you have my email and phone and only God knows how many telemarking calls and emails I'm going to get now! False advertisement!

You falsely advertised that stimulus money would pay off my mortgage. Yet all you did was provide refinance options I did not ask you to give me refinancing options I wanted stimulus money to pay off my mortgage which was advertised falsely

Wanted the free quote. By using the automated form I assumed I would receive an automated response NOT immediate phone calls.

Received call as soon as I submitted. I answered questions but when I was immediately called, it was quickly obvious they hadn't reviewed my information before contacting me. I do not appreciate wasting my time to continue answering the same questions.
Main factor is the chance to pay our home offf. I am sad because it comes down to my credit report. It's unfair as my credit report is not me. A situation after retirement got me here and I feel trapped

Good, and hopefully helpful in acquiring a lower payment without adding to the balance. My husband and I are ages 88 and 89 and have worked very hard in our life and would like to have this bill payed of in our lifetime ifWe chose possible.

People that can really benefit from these programs are people with credit issues. If you have anything negative on your credit forget it. These programs are designed for people that really don't need them.
You asked to many personal questions and you didn't give me a rate, you went and sent me to some other company, you were suppose to give me a rate, then you want me to start calling other companies, I'll never try you again nor will I refer you anyone, no one better call me either
I responded to a mortgage rate offer that I later found was unrealistic. Because I responded to the offer, I was then inundated for two days with offers by phone and email unnecessarily since the offer was a marketing fabrication only.

I did know much about borrowing money but after a couple trying to get a lower insert rate
It took me 3 times to learn that every time went to lower the rate I Would
loose all the money I paid in. So I got my rate down. So that it for me. Just pay from now on just pay.

It's too risky giving phone numbers until you are told your stats are eligible to refinance. Reveal what the eligible stats are before asking for phone numbers otherwise it's crazy numerous phone calls.

This was a scam. No information was provided. It was just a way to get my contact information so that I would bet berated with calls. I thought I was going to see information not just provide information.

But if the price of the house is up over $60,000 more than we paid for the house, then can part of that new value be applied to a Mortgage … PMI?…removal as if Gould increase the deposit.? To get us to 20% down?
