As soon as I completed my request for quote with my phone number, my telephone rang and was a lender that came up on the next web page as a lender in my area. Less than two minutes later, another lender called from my area and left me a 3 minute message about "my request to refi my home." I just wanted to see if I qualified for a deduction in mortgage and was NOT looking to get hassled with phone calls from refi lenders.

I expected a response via email. I didn't get one. So, I expect you tried to contact me by telephone. My phone is off at 0030. Don't phone me. Email me. I learned the first time I tried a simular request. I'll refinance on my own terms - not with high pressure late night phone calls.

If was easy & quick; however when you ask for an address it is unclear whether you are asking for a current address or the address of a potential home which someone would like to purchase. If the latter then how do you know if that's the address you will definitely purchase or if you have to continue looking because someone beat you to the punch before you even had a chance to make an offer?!?!?!?!

I only wanted to know if the featured mortgage program for veterans was available to vets getting a new mortgage as well as those who already had a mortgage.
