So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!

What's the only one offered to me. I think because of my because of my credit and I don't have a lot of stuff in my name because it was in my husband's name and he passed away and now I need it to be in my name

Your ad offered government assistance programs and up to 15 years of reduced mortgage. Clicking your link took me to a refi site. What game are you playing with your dishonesty and manipulation on homeowners that are seeking what you advertise promoted as a government program? Enlighten me.

Because I live in a mobile home no one wants to help me. I lost my paid for house during Hurricane Harvey and Frma only gave mev$9000. 00 I have owned this paid for land since 1975 and please some help me with the payments on this mobile home I brought to put on my property I own to have a place to live.
It came up on my phone so I clicked on it hoping I would get some help with this mobile home I purchased. Why can't I find any help. I am 79 years old and having to make these payments on my mobile home is take slot out of the money I receive.
Ad clicked was for fed mortgage assistance. Lots of info requested upfront. Leads simply to a local mortgage supplier source. Dangerously close to bait and switch tactics. If the marketers were skilled they wouldnt need to participate in low level dishonest mislead tacticts for sale lead generation, grow up get skilled learn how to be a profesional rather than trailer distributor trash.
To get info on people with a flat out lie! Then to profit from it disgusts me!

The artical leads you to believe that there is a program or 'newer process' in which to payoff a home faster to save on interest costs, but all you are doing is offering multiple companies to vie for your business to refinance. Not new, not inventive, not easy, not a program to pay off faster. As always if it sounds too good to be true... I'm tired of just ignoring stuff like this and thought you could actually use the feedback of knowing that there are thousands of ppl just being disappointed and ignoring this stuff. FYI, these type of things CAUSE me to intentionaly NOT use companies. It's sad really. I have an 800 credit score & educate many on proper money management and accountability.

I like this but I do NOT like all of the calls! If how these lenders can help me was shown on my results, I could make a decision without being bombarded by lender calls, and I could just call them when I'm ready...
Saw the advertisement while reading the local news, which says if you have never missed a payments, your payments could be lowered by $350 or something like that, and that I would have my answer in just minutes, but that's not the case at all:-(
It doesn't say anything about whether or not I can get the rest of my mortgage paid off, anywhere, and I also have absolutely 0 missed payments and have lived in my home for nearly 21 years, it just takes me to a lender, so it's all very confusing, and in my opinion, something like this should never be that way, at all...

We were with fetcharate for over 30 years. Great patron service. Love that we will select out up a phone & name John Bobrowski & get an instantaneous solution in preference to calling a 1-800 # & speaking to a person distinctive each time. We have needed to make coverage claims over time and it turned into clean peasy ~ trouble free. Highly advise EW Smith for all of your coverage needs.

This was a complete clickbate experience. The ad said there was a government program that could help reduce your mortgage monthly. But once selected it is just a phishing tool to get your information and pimp it out to mortgage lenders. No government programs listed. No way to see confidentially if you qualified.

I saw the ad when I was scrolling thru the internet and it was a Godsend but I wonder if you have a lender with no down payment since having problem with trying to save up enough for that. If there is such a lender that would allow just a couple thousand down, I can make a payment since I'm in an apartment and the monthly rent has just increased to $925.00. That's about the amt I would be comfortable paying
Based on the site name, I expected to see at least rough estimate quotes at the site rather than having my information immediately forwarded to mortgage telemarketers. Poor representation of the actual service.
With in seconds of putting in my phone number, my phone started ringing from three different venders. Very poor security. Why have this if all you give in the end is phone numbers to mortgage lenders? Now I'm getting the idea this is not a good way to get refinanced.
I've just started looking at rates, and I really don't like the idea of all these people calling me 'Nonstop' even after I explain I'm only looking at this time. And the don't take NO for an answer. After I tell them I'm not interested in their deal sure enough the day there will be a call from the same Company, just a different person.

Very deceiving! I was looking to see how much I could save, not have sales people blow up my phone! I wasn't even done with the process and my phone was ringing! As I'm typing this I've gotten 4 calls, a voicemail and a text. NOT HAPPY!

Your add states you can get 145,000. Off your mortgage show me the program that offers that. I am only interested in that deal if you can't provide that particle benefit you shouldn't advertise it or connect me to companies that don't have it. Do not give my contact if this is not the offer, you advertise. Or call me *******776 with the contact information of who is offering this.
This is the only reason I filled out the application, which I feel is false advertising if you can't produce a company that offers this.

Misleading advertising! I clicked on a link concerning a state homeowners program to see if I qualify and hoped to check current market rates. I got a list of possible refinancers without information. I don't want to talk to financial people.
I choose Fetcharate hoping they provided information. I don’t want to start talking to sales people when doing my homework.

False advertisement from this app, you didn't even provide a quote, but just provided my info to lenders so they could bug me. I could've call them myself. Now I have to unsubscribe my email and block phone numbers. Waste of time, I will be reporting fetcharate to BBB for false advertisement and spamming!

I have never been good at banks. Then I thought was going to work out with my husband he committed suisde, leaving me with 4 children. I had to work 3-4 jobs just for the funeral. Then I had to quit work my car broke down & after paying for the funeral I had no way to get the car fixed.my husband's family turned on me & the children. At one time in winter we camped out in a friend s yard. When Spring came, I hitchhike to find cook& all I got was security. My husband had life. Insurance but he never had put myself & the children on the certificate. His family thought I didn't deserve the money. They kept it all.

That is misrepresentation at its worst and calling it marketing enthusiasm. What that marketing style does is tear out credibility, revealing the big lie that costs to much and annoints greed until the entirety collapses.it is disgusting because of irreparable harm done, unless your goal is to destroy the economy to kill off 20 to 50% of the population with a servant population remaining.
