I did not wish 2b contacted by phone. I was led 2 believe that I would b able 2 review the offers on line and then I could decide if I wanted 2 follow up on any of them. I did and do not want 2b bombarded with 'sales' phone calls, especially at this time of year. I don't know if it was 'knowing mis-leading' or not so I mite raise it 2 a 3 star rating b-cuz up til then it was very easy.
If people don't mind 'sales' talking on the phone (I don't even like plain talking on the phone & yes I am female) then I would say for your group it mite b a 4 star.

From the beginning it is to believe your company would explain about the government program to lower your mortgage. This such a scam. I just refinanced my home. I am interested in cutting my mortgage, not refinancing. Maybe this could be listed as bate and switch. In todays world you and others are called SCAMMERS. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN.

Well, the last time I checked to find further details the phone started ringing off the hook. I do not want to start receiving phone calls at this stage. So it is heartening that I have been online for at least 10 minutes with no phone going off. So HIGH PRAISE for fetcharate!

Hadn't even had a chance to see what lenders you found or which ones I'd like to speak with when I got a call from some lender. I couldn't understand what the woman was saying and so had to end the call. Wow, give me a chance to see who the lenders are please.

I don't like the fact that you are having me contacted by contacted by Linders if you're going to show me something thit's something that might work for me then just show me you didn't even ask me what my interest rate was which is 2.625 I'm not going to respond to anyone that calls me

Just scam can look up these lenders individually now will just get annoying harrassing calls should not be so misleading most people want info with potential rate and want to call lenders when chose to. I will not use anyone who cold cslls me to annoy me with their companies. A phone number and rate range would give me the opportunity to chose who I want to call. So please put me on do not solicit / do not call registry

Almost immediately after submitting the request I received a phone call from a supplier, and the person who worked with me was extremely helpful and I was able to achieve what I was hoping to accomplish.

I wanted to see what this program was about but, you REQUIRE all my information in advance of your giving me ANY. I wouldn't use your lenders if the loan APR was 1%, no points and no closing costs. You bait and switch, your people are calling me before I am even through reading and they never stop! I am STILL getting calls from looking at something similar (and with the exact same Lenders) that, or someone like you, many times a week. I didn't even give the number I was calling from, I entered a land-line number but you apparently "captured" my cell and they are calling on that! You and your like are the worst of what's wrong with cell phones, Google and Facebook.

Inquiring minds want to know I don't know you and you don't know me so I filled out the information are you selling my name and information or are you real I don't talk to machines anyway it sounds like a scam to me I step out. My wife and I are elderly (80 & 79) and live in a second floor outside walk-up condo in Alaska. I am a Viet Nam veteran with a permanent quad bypass heart condition and COPD. We are also both Alaska state retirees. We are looking for a new town-home with heated attached garage and "no stairs"interior access as our final home. We want a GI new loan and are able to put 25-plus down on the estimated cost stated above. Our only current debt is our present condo with a payoff balance of about $82,000 which we can cash out. We have no other credit debt! We also both have full Medicare with Alaska augmented "no copay-no deductible" add-on provisions. I have never used my veterans home loan benefitsCan you help us get a veterans GI home loan?

Just looking at what is out there. Once my credit score gets back up there. Allowed my dsugthrt to use my cards and it got out of hand i use to allow her to use my cards after i took a loan out on house in january of 2022 then she was suppose to set all up for direct payment of all cards which she didnt do just used cards and i looked t he other way. We have straightened this out between us in dec so all will be paid on time as all my accts have direct payments to be made on time every month. Im 75 and need to know my credit is good.

Was very quick and forthcoming, didn't expect it to go so well. L don't know anything yet, had problems with Covid and 1st Arkansas Bank and Trust in late October up until recently I wasn't getting paid, my credit score went from 784-high 400s; now is coming up again.

Fetcharate has been nothing but helpful while I weigh my options about refinancing. My situation is a bit unique because I paid cash for my home but I had to take out a HELOC and add to it twice, mostly because the contractors that were referred to me, decided to rip me off before completing the jobs. Because I'm a retired School Teacher, my monthly income is rather pathetic but Fetcharate doesn't seem to be affected, all you guys have been extremely helpful and patient. With my experience, that's just not what I'm used to, and for that, I'm truly grateful.

Have nt shown me anyting close to what my new mortgage would be. Just a bunch of lenders who what more personal information that I do not trust is real but most likely phishing that I will be reporting to the IC3 and my states AGO.

Well so far it's been a real pleasure doing business with you the lady working with me is very thorough and I couldn't ask for anybody to be any better I feel like I'm in good hands that she's going to do the best she can to come up with a good loan for refinancing for me and I will certainly be telling other people neighbors and friends about what a good service you all are to anybody wanting to refinance or getting a loan to buy a house.

First lender was I'd they don't do business on single wide mobile homes. I'm on 2.14 acres of land fully paid for with septic, electricity, and water.

The ad said I'd find out my offers and rates but just gave me a list of lenders to call, I can do that myself and not waste time giving you my info sell.
