So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!

The ad said we would get local rates, info, etc but I just got a list of companies to call. I could do that on my own without having had to complete your form.
I thought I was getting an estimate on how much my home could be worth today.

I feel this is just an advertisement site for mortgage lenders. Has nothing to do with government assistance. Very disappointed for being mislead once again.
Because I thought it was a qualified site to help get government assistance for my mortgage payment. But it’s just the another gimmick for mortgage companies to reel me in and then tell me I don’t qualify for lower payments because of my income. Poo on you all for being misleading!
You shifted me to lenders, I want to see some average rates and cost before I start getting the high pressure sales pitches from companies that are REALLY ONLY INTERESTED in how much money they can make on refinancing my home.

Would really like to see rates on average before going to individual lenders. Current rate is 2.84 and no closing costs. So, if you cannot beat that, I would not waste anyone's time.

It would be all right, except I got immediately "attacked" with phone call attempts. I'm interested, but it's not urgent, and will only begin the process when I'm fully prepared.
I entered the phone number (knowing it was likely a mistake) and in less than 30 seconds someone called. You people are scam artists. Now I will have days of blocking incoming calls.
