So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!
Not bringing a basket of qualified lenders but a punch of lenders that are associated with your marketing program
This suggests some sort of government program to give a break in home loan payments, but it is just a come on ad for mortgage lenders. Now I am getting all sorts of phone calls. GO AWAY

I do not wish to speak with lenders who say no to refinancing. Only contact me if you can make this refinance happen. We are Senior citizens on fixed incomes. Got it?

You've only given speculation, there can be no rating until final figures are presented. Right now its only information for possible lenders, and that's all. Two stars is generous at this stage.
I like to research before speaking to companies. Having lenders call me immediately after I provided my cell phone number is a HUGE turn off. Will not use or recommend this again.
Ive talked to loandepot and they dont offer near that low of fixed rate. So this is very misleading to say the least. Even the arm loan was 5.5 with points paid.
Because it states there was a federal program that can greatly lower your payments. Duh. Same old story. Bait and switch. Shame on you.

I'd point out that the question for mortgage payoff would let me put true payoff of approximately 19,500 not 100 thousand your system allows. Recommended fix it fast for better service.

Well so far everything has worked well things change make sure to check documentation but if they can push a fixed rate mortgage renewal down to 2.875 then it's amazing
Absolutely very friendly and tried to help but it seemed as if sometimes maybe they were trying to sell you on something and then it changed on the paper
