So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!
Not bringing a basket of qualified lenders but a punch of lenders that are associated with your marketing program
I instantly started getting calls as soon as I hit submit. I do want thousands of people calling. Why cattou just have them put the interest rate in a text or email?
Thought it would be easier than having to personally talk to a buoy lenders just to get their interest rate. Very disappointed your program is like loanDepot.com
The information is informative. I have learned that the regulations will be too rigorous for us to qualify for at present. I shall start working on our weaknesses.

I didn't realize this was just another advertisement for lenders to generate more business. I really thought the State of Illinois was doing something good for it's residents.

Saw the advertisement
I responded to an ad that said a federal stimulus program will pay off my mortgage. That was bull$#*!. None of the lenders that called me knew anything about any federal program.
Because of that phony ad.
They called back super fast. That is when i found out the advertisement about stimulus money for residents that haven't missed a payment was misleading. No stimulus money just a refinance site.
Everything was good until I entered my phone number. The you stated that I would be called by lenders. Big mistake! You fooled me once but you will not fool me twice..

Because I just got paperwork telling me they would help me in making my house payment and I have never had any help for anything so I was excited.
I thought this was a govt program but it seems like it is just a refinance solicitation that is cleverly veiled. That is not going to pay off my home magically or cut my payment by $350 per month

Loan Depot approved my refinance, we went thru the whole 9 yards and in the end the interest rate was not what I expected. So I didn't sign. I already have a 4.0 rate and they offered me 3.99

I do not want to be harassed by loan companies. I just wanted to see if what your advertising was real. Apparently not. This was a scam so you could harras the $#*! out of me.
False advertising
I would really kind of like to know what better rate means I know it has to do with Fannie Mac but I don't want to find out later on down the line my rate's going to go sky high in my my mortgage payments are going to go up because I can't afford that.

I do not like how you used VA page to try to refinance if I don't need it. This doesn't look legitimate and I don't want to restart my loan for something that isn't true.
Disappointed that instead if getting rates as your website says it instead gets your information and now you have to deal with a new never ending parade of calls of lenders trying to get you...
You said it would take 5 Minutes to get the rates but you lied. It's been 5 mins, I filled out the form and now I have to wait for emails or follow other links

This is a misleading black marketing site you offer rate information and all you hay is mortgage lenders in the market that I will find with a simple mortgage lenders search from any browse engine

I am pissed off that you gather ally info then you give nothing more than a, we will send it out to our providers and then i get called a hundred times for a month
Your pitch made me hopeful of a better experience shopping for answers. No luck for that as i have seen.
