So far I have only used this app (or started too) two times. It seems like a helpful app and It can really give you good insight on what you may need for buying a home or refinancing your home, but after I use it in a little bit more depth, I Ll come back and give a better review!
Not bringing a basket of qualified lenders but a punch of lenders that are associated with your marketing program
There has not really been any experience so far that I can rate only the input of information. So with more input I guest from a lender I will be in a better position to rate
Why is it that you always have to take all our info and you never say what the rate would be why would any of us want a rate of 5 to 7

You GAVE my phone number lenders to call me? Your ad is MISLEADING! I don't SEE my quote on my screen but before I even got to this point my phone began ringing. I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry, Don't bother calling!
I just refinanced. I can't be fit more. The way it was worded I thought there were benefits from government. A person doesn't know if they don't trydidnt

Saw and seeking help
All ready tried with ROCKET MORTGAGE. WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE 30 DAYS TO REPAIR PORCH N DECK. THAT WAS A LIE. THE APPRAISOR DOCUMENTED A RATE WITHOUT LETTING ME MAKE REPAIRS. THIS IS WRONG IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HELP SOMEONE. I HAD VA MORTAGE SINCE 2016 N WAS APPRAISED AT $52,000

I didn't get a possible rate or any information - only got my information given to a bunch of people who will call and pressure me to make a decision.
I thought I would get information I would get to read and process and think about. Not a bunch of phone calls and pressure sales
I didn't anticipate being bombarded with texts and phone calls literally the second I hit the confirm button. I felt like a piece of meat being attacked by vultures.
I thought I would get a “on the website”

Thought I was going to get actual rates. The information provided after giving me details is the same I could have gotten from Google, without the Emails to follow.
I'm only surfing. I really don't want to be inundated with propaganda from these companies, now that they have my info. I'm content with the mortgage we have now.
Why do these say ads tell you to answer questions to get your results then you have to go thru lenders to see how much you can save and to find out if you qualify for the program I applied for?
False advertisement on website says you can find out if you qualify for discount on website and I put my info, address and it did not show me anything

So far all I've done was enter my personal info. Haven't had anything done for my mortgage. I'll probably be answering a ton of calls for nothing, that will go on for 2yrs.
I thought it my have been a legitimate deal. I don’t know yet. But I will follow up by the end of this journey.

Bogus sdvertising when all you want to do is finance a mortgage. And refuse to share alledged savings through this "find out" process which is really just a way to get personal information
To see what savings this alledged government program is all about.
Bs email list scam. Get you to provide valid info then shortchange you from what they claim to offer. "Ta-Da!... Sorry we cant help you" shouldve figured.

I DO NOT like that I received FOUR calls within minutes of submitting my information. Good grief. An email would be much preferred with the information they want to provide on their services

I only want to be contacted by email. Every time I tried to refinance, I had to provide proof of income, and they charge so much that I am back to what I originally owed on the house
To see if the government has changed criteria. I'm raising a handicapped grandchild and my husband passed away. I'm on my own with no family to help
