It was quick and easy, now let's see if we can save money. My guess is that with rising interest rates refining will cost us more money, and like my wise father said if it sounds to good to be true there is a chance he is right. I'm waiting for that call.

Someone called immediately but before we got into discussions I asked if living in an rv full time qualified and found out it does not. I would rather have emails to start instead of phone calls. Just to see if it warrants a call, which it did not. The lady who called was super nice, she didn't know the answer so she went to someone who did immediately instead of dragging things out and wasting both of our time.

Long story - I thought I had a 30 year regular mortgage - I found out within the last two years that my friend of several years at the bank did a LOC that was interest only, variable rate. The bank that this was done with was bought several days later. Now may credit score is very low - credit card debt from changing everything in order to pay LOC. Need to refinance but don't see anyone willing to do it. I have NEVER been late or missed a payment. I need a fixed rate to keep payment no higher than 500.

My husband is a 100% disabled veteran and when we bought this house we were not informed about what the monthly payment would be until closing. The increase in the payments were revealed at closing and takes over 1/3 of our income, which is going to cause hardship in the very near future.

Text indicated a rate would be given, instead my phone number and email address was given to lenders who started contacting me immediately. I have not received any information re: how the government program works and if it will help me.
Refinancing information is easy to acquire BUT the government program that grabbed my attention was used as a tease to pry private information from me.

Good info to know…. But has this opportunity come and gone, by now? Don't know if it's still available,, or what?
It would be help (didn't see it) if you updated or time stamped this info. I CAN'T STAND IT when a bunch of ravenous "house wolves" take advantage of people's lack of knowledge as to the wolves' tricks.

This is possible to stay doing well...as long as the people to work with don't over power us with phone calls.an to be able to do our part with

I do not like that immediately I start getting phone calls from Banks. I only did this because it was purported to show me what amount I could get from My equity and payments. Still people are calling at this moment. Will not use this again

I want information about what I can save on my mortgage. But I don't want to be bugged every day or all day. I would like to see the information in writing. So please contact me bu mail. I'm not a true believer as of yet I need to see proof. I thought I was going to get the information right now when I gave up all my personal information. I feel like I'm being tricked. This is not a government program, it a fishing site that gathers peoples information for solicitation by lenders to refinance their mortgages.
No savings, rates now are higher than I am paying so it makes no sense for me to refinance my loan.

Not sure yet, we only owe 31,000.00 on our property. It needs upgrading, windows kitchen, bath. We do have equity in property. It is a question of what to put in money wise vs how much we can sell for. Ex. We have two bath upstairs and no half bath main floor Installing half bath main floor would give us value for the money. Also will we move or stay.?

This application was very easy to complete. There should, however, be a place to enter information about the vets who have passed away because I always feel guilty when I answer the question about serving.

Just your basic junk ad link to lenders and info readily available with an opportunity for the advertisers to just collect and sell personal information...these types of scams. I should not have taken the bait

How does a Colorado stimulus check, determine whether or not s home owner will save on their mortgage? This is just a re-fi trap to get you talking with a rep, trying to lower a 30 year into a 15, and then telling you a stimulus check saved you a bunch of money? Am I missing something here?

This looks like a scam to get my personal information... it led me to believe that I would see the loan savings immediately without having to deal directly with predatory lenders... this makes me angry!

No one asked what my current terms and rate are. I DO NOT want a bunch of offers that are not better than my current loan. How can i avoid being called or contacted with lesser offers... as you didn't ask about my current situation? So, please do not call unless you are at least 100 bp lower, on a ten year fixed.

All I received is phone numbers to call from online finance companies that sell your mortgage to banks for a profit. I didn't get actual rates or approvals as promised. Now i can look forward to many harassing texts and phone calls from these companies and others that my information will get sold to. Thank you for falsely promising help with my problem. I will block any of these calls! Have a wonderful day.

This is a phony service. I have never miss a mortgage payment in my life and I have always paid all my bills. But ANY of the lenders you picked, wont do this refinance of which would cut my mortgage payments almost down to 0 because I do not have a perfect credit score. No matter what the hell I do as far as all bills etc. it makes no difference, they keep holding history against you forever. So with your company trying to get people to refinance, it is all bogus. None of it is true. You guys really need to quit trying to make people feel there is hope. THERE IS NO HOPE> I have tried over and over unsuccessfully to do all the right things and where has it gotten me. NOWHERE> So take off your advertising here as it is a lie and not true. I am also a retired Vietnam Veteran with 6 medals and ribbons behind me for serving this $#*!ed up country of which everyone has turned on me. So be it.

You lead one to believe that the application will gets me up to $160,000 forgiveness on mortgage.
Instead you have a bunch of mortgage brokers who want to refinance my loan and none of them can save me any money

I will lodge a complaint because your whole program is misleading.

To early to give a higher score. I want to see if my Mortgage rate goes down & or pay of my balance quicker then before & possible just refinance without talking any money. SO I can pay this house off sooner?

This is my second try but it seems to be the same with every online lending group sending me to another lending group and I have not yet spoken to an actual lender, I have 3 settlements; 2 with opioid law suits, and 1 settlement coming from All American Insurance for an oilfield worker ramming my car with his big truck causing my spine juries. I need some money now though.

The very persistent which is not a bad thing when it comes up in the usual I could you not say procrastination type person on the ball trying to find something for me to get into the rental housing in my area

So far all I've done on this site is take a survey. It would be more appropriate if rating your site was at a point further along in the process instead at the beginning. I will add that I am sick of pop-up ad's that come up on every page and that is the major reason why I rated your site a 2…. Not only do you have pop-up ad's but they are the most intrusive ad's I've ever seen. They take just about the entire viewing area…NO THANKS!
