Fetch has raised the point requirements so high that it impossible to get a reward unless you purchase their 'bonus' products.
Fetch is now a poor 'bait and switch' trap. Most people are not going to need/use that many of their limited 'bonus products.' I quit and deleted the app.
My first time using a site like this and the Very first receipt I submitted they tell me I already submitted it or someone already did! It is literally impossible for that to be true as I went to the store shortly before the store closed and came straight home. I live with a small child NO adults! No one was at my house that night till the next day when I thought I'd try this site out! Besides the cashier at the store NO ONE touched my things. So it is impossible...I don't really care that much but they are NOT being truthful or giving credits where they are due. I don't know if this is normal but it deff put a bad taste in my mouth and will Never try this again. I brought it to their attention and basically was called a lier! I mean REALLY, over a stupid receipt. I thought maybe i did something wrong when submitting it or just a glitch in system but nope. So pay attention if your actually counting on getting something back for buying the things on their lists. U may learn your not thrifty after all but your a cheat and lier!
I had really liked fetching receipts and tapping to play but because I returned some items they canceled my account without telling me. It stopped working and I had to reach out to learn what happened. So approximately 6 months of submitting a lot of receipts, I walked away with 1 $25 gift card - not worth sharing all that data for that! So disappointing.
Went shopping today spent almost $135. Fetch only credited me for $79 and some change! Not happy about this, and no way to complain to fix their issue or at the very least get an explanation. Watch out for this, to make sure it's not going to be an ongoing problem! And trying to upload a damn photo and video is ridiculous. Use their camera and it still won't upload. I've tried 5 times now and it won't do it
I have been using for 2 years and still haven't redeemed anything. $64 so far. Yesterday they claim I have multiple accounts. They can't show me where for 'internal reasons'. They closed the case and I can't redeem the funds. Beware.
I'm finding this app is a waste of time I tried before it takes forever to get the points you need if anyone wants a great app to get gift cards try ncp app gives you more of incentive than fetch rewards.
I showed my fetch so with good RX card to pharmacist, pharmacist got the rate. Receipt clearly said good RX.
Now I'm told I'm missing something and I should use a different pharmacy when I reported to fetch.
Too difficult. This has happened multiple times
Had this insurance for over 2 years never put a claim until one day my dog got a little sick. Took him to the vet he had hot spot took care of that. Put a claim for two months they gave the run around that I need this and that.submitted everything they need still don't want to pay be careful with this insurance they just take your money.shame on you fetch I canceled them.
It is well known now that the app let the users collect points but once it is time to redeem their gift cards, they deactivate the account.
It has been recogonized by a lot of people and on reddit too.
Fetch Rewards sucks! It used to be a good app! BUT not anymore! Don't waste your time using this app! Also a little note to the engineer or engineers you need to fix it so you don't have to constantly hit the button to enter your date of birth. You should be able to just type that info in.
Answer: This is all a scam. They use your purchases to track what you buy so that they can sell your information. You will never get the rewards.
Fetch Rewards has a rating of 1.2 stars from 100 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Fetch Rewards most frequently mention gift card, customer service and enough points. Fetch Rewards ranks 191st among Grocery sites.
