The process was efficient and effective. Paula was very quick and responsive. The only critique I could offer is that they don't provide any type of "career coaching" to narrow down possible titles. So make sure you have a good idea of the job you want. If your career has been more eclectic (like mine), it will take longer and require more thought on your end.

I worked with Greg, who did a stellar job in reworking my resume to better highlight my abilities. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, identified areas where there were key terms that a system might look for, and emphasized my accomplishments without exaggerating them. The format was so much better and more consistent than what I had before. The work was professional, no spelling/grammatical errors, and only one round of minor revisions needed. Greg also provided helpful advice on how to update and adapt the resume with future experience/positions.

The overhaul of my LinkedIn Profile was similarly excellently done, and I've had a few recruiters reach out on LinkedIn since the rework. I only regret that I didn't add on the cover letter writing service at the time as I am sure that, too, would have been high-quality.

It has been a delightful experience working with Kelly. She devoted a considerable amount of time to understand me as her client by asking relevant questions about my background. The end product was exceptionally professional, and she consistently offers her support to answer any queries related to resumes and recruiting. I had multiple versions of my resume and none of them produced expected results. After I spoke with Jerome and received my first draft, I realised why - the new resume was professionally written and most important well formatted... it had the Wow factor to it. No hard feelings when asked to do few minor adjustments. I also worked with Mike on my LinkedIn and cover letter and again, response right on time, you can ask questions as many times as you want etc. To sum it up - very professional service, pleasure to work with and highly recommended.

The writer seemed slightly disorganized. My resume had typos and inconsistencies.
I was asked to provide all the content and wording for the resume which was pretty stressful. They basically just copy and pasted it into a word document template.
I would definitely advise against using this service for how expensive it is. Maybe if it was $100.

It's just a lot of money and for someone who doesn't have a lot of cash to throw away I'm worried I'm making the wrong move. Will change my rating at a later date when I've received the resume.

After using this service and receiving the resume I can say that, overall the customer service was meh at best. I was often left in the dark and didn't know what was happening. Plus the lady who was working on the service was very negative for, at the time, was a kid who was entering the workforce and was wanting to help boost his resume. The resume was okay, but nothing super special and definitely not worth the price.
BTW idk why the site is saying they tried to "help" me. More like bribe me to look at the company, then remove my review for a 50$ Amazon card. Overall, I wasn't scammed but I'm not going with them again in the future

After a lot of research on resume/LinkedIn writing services, I made the decision (and recommendation to my sister) to move forward with Find My Profession. Her resume and LinkedIn look awesome. Mine is so-so and I've since had to delete a lot from the LinkedIn that I didn't believe was professional, accurate or written in a way that sounds natural for the industry I work in.

First, my resume formatting is fine, but I don't feel it tells a cohesive story. I think this is a result of a lack of understanding of early stage tech companies on my resume writer's behalf. I also think that it was prioritized for search at the expense of readability.

The LinkedIn is what I am most disappointed in. I felt the some of the design and writing style was distasteful. To use an example, my LinkedIn title had illustrated gold 'stars' in it, and the summary is rife with capitalized text.

After my edits, it's altogether fine, but nowhere near the $1,000+ I paid for it. Again, my sisters was good, so your mileage may vary.
