I worked with Greg, who did a stellar job in reworking my resume to better highlight my abilities. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, identified areas where there were key terms that a system might look for, and emphasized my accomplishments without exaggerating them. The format was so much better and more consistent than what I had before. The work was professional, no spelling/grammatical errors, and only one round of minor revisions needed. Greg also provided helpful advice on how to update and adapt the resume with future experience/positions.
The overhaul of my LinkedIn Profile was similarly excellently done, and I've had a few recruiters reach out on LinkedIn since the rework. I only regret that I didn't add on the cover letter writing service at the time as I am sure that, too, would have been high-quality.

Buyer beware!
Paid upfront for an executive resume and cover letter service on 8 June advertised with a 3-5 business day turn around. I was not placed with a writer until the 14th June who then said they would need a further 7 days to complete the service.
She was not prepared for the interview, had not read any material presubmitted and showed no capability of being able to complete the task.
I sought a refund and while they said they would provide it, as my credit card had to be cancelled due to a hacker accessing my details they refused to pay me back by any other means. I have since lodged a vise dispute form and it is now 3 weeks since they agreed to refund me with no payment received.
We understand that you were dissatisfied with the timing of our services and requested a refund. We immediately processed your refund, but unfortunately, it was declined by your bank. Again, we advise you to contact your bank to resolve this issue.
Nicole was a true professional and helped me with both my resume and linkendin. I really appreciate her attention to detail and how quick she would respond. Highly recommend her.

My experience was great thanks to Rebecca's personality, demonstrated experience, and willingness to go the extra mile. She made herself available and accommodating to my needs as an active-duty military member stationed abroad in Japan. Her responses to my inquiries were quick, easy to understand, and concise.
