As I have not looked for a job very often and did not have the experience how to create a good resume and Greg did really help me out. The the resume looked great and LinkedIn page had much more traffic already the first day.

Buyer beware!
Paid upfront for an executive resume and cover letter service on 8 June advertised with a 3-5 business day turn around. I was not placed with a writer until the 14th June who then said they would need a further 7 days to complete the service.
She was not prepared for the interview, had not read any material presubmitted and showed no capability of being able to complete the task.
I sought a refund and while they said they would provide it, as my credit card had to be cancelled due to a hacker accessing my details they refused to pay me back by any other means. I have since lodged a vise dispute form and it is now 3 weeks since they agreed to refund me with no payment received.

Kimberly Sarmiento is absolutely brilliant! She's incredibly talented, professional, and efficient. Kimberly was able to condense and cover my 20+ year experience into master cover letter. I'm so lucky to have found her!
