Ordered 2 sweatshirts and sweatpants for my hubby for Christmas with a special deal. They email me one sweatshirt is not available, but I can still cancel the order if I want to. So I call customer service and stay on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and logged onto the site to track my order, assuming it wasn't sent because of the email I just received, I saw that my order was going to be delivered the next day. Therefore, calling customer service would have done nothing! Got the order, the embroidery of the sweatshirt (that was in stock) is coming off and they recharged everything, so it was NOT the sale price that I initially paid for. I am returning everything and want NOTHING to do with this company ever again. Very poorly run. I understand why so many gave negative reviews about finishline.com
Tip for consumers:
I would recommend googling whatever it is you are looking for and getting it from another merchant. This merchant does not have any quality control when they send out their merchandise. Additionally, it's one of 'those' companies in which one hand does not speak to the other. NOT WORTH IT !!
