As a swing trade, I need a brokerage with a good set of tools and assets. Fintech platform has it all, from advanced charting to a variety of trading instruments. The only downside is their customer time could be improved.

Ignore the 5 star reviews they are fake. Contrary to what these crooks would love you to believe, they are nothing but a sham who sell you empty promises when knowing fully well they have nothing to offer you but looking to enrich their pocket with every penny they can squeeze out of you. Sadly i fell for the lies and i learnt the hard way. I came close to been ripped off $45,000, might not seem like a lot compared to what others might have lost in the hands of this criminals but there was no way i was going to seat back leg crossed as i was being robbed so i made a report to my local police who made it clear to me there was little to nothing they could do so i explored my other option which was filing a report to____ Rᴇᴄᴜᴠᴀɪᴛ.ᴘᴡ__ they haunted these criminals down and made them cough out every penny withheld.
Its best to just stay away from this crooks, they have nothing good to offer
Fintechplatform is the best brokerage out there, and they deposited my share into my bank account the following day. Their structure is straightforward and efficient, and I will continue to trade with them.
When i try withdrawing my investment. They ask to put more money to withdraw my own investment. I think i lost the money Never return your money. Dont believe them
They need to get rid of their account manager Ann Feldberg. She scammed me of my money. They (Ann Feldberg and Carolyn) asked me to pay taxes for my withdrawal of my investment and I did $50,000which they asked me to open a Newton acct and transfer the money there. Carolyn said she will help me transfer the money to my bank account but she never called me again. My question is, why do Fintech allowed this squanders in scamming their clients and ruining their company image. So, Fintech Platform Pro, can you explain this? Can you pls return my money which I have paid to your scammers? It's C$7,500 taxes and my investment US $75,000 AS OF NOW.

With your first investment they will make you a small profit, however this is where they hook you in and ask for more investment from you in order to make more profit. This is where you will never get your money back. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY ignore these scammers.
After initial payment they insist you to put more and when we go to withdraw, they ask you pay tax, after paying the tax they ask you to send money and this the way block chain works. Like this they keep asking you money every time...there is no end.
I talked to Joshep farid who claimed to be finance manager kept on asking for money. Then after messaging for 10 days on the live chat, i got the so called Richard Jones number who claimed to be chief financial officer said just show the funds in trust wallet and you will get all your money in 15 mins. Lost money again. Then after calling 100 times over 5 days, christen Peterson came on the line and he says their mining software is down and asked me to send funds for the exchange so that their 3rd party vendor will deposit in my bank. Like this they keep on asking money.
I lost all the hope that my money will never come back. I hope karma takes care of what they are doing to people.
Please who ever reads this message my sincere request please don't trust this company. They are Scammers.
