Paid over £400 for a firepit and they said in sales blurb that after use it would go an autumn colour. What happened is that it has become a rusting lump of mild steel. I complained and first of all they said they would give a refund and then they said we have had it too long to give a refund (6 months). They suggested cleaning it down with a wire brush. So there is absolutely no customer service with this company. The customer with this company comes last not first. If you want a firepit go to a trusted company like Argos John Lewis where the customer is king.
