Had some professional family photos taken on vacation in Mexico. There were four photos with sizes ranging from 3.96-4.51 MB. The cost was $12 for each photo to do basic retouching of skin defects (bruises/scabs, rolls on the face, too much face shine as well as clothes wrinkles. They allowed a limited amount of revisions after the first correction and they also gave a 15% discount on the total costs. Their turnaround was very quick for each photo and they responded very quickly when first contacted. Overall very happy with their service. The only downsides were I was charged a little extra to fix one photo but it wasn't alot and some of my questions weren't addressed totally.
$45 for the first time. A wedding photo of my husband and I dancing 17 years ago. It had faded. When they sent me the revision I was appalled at how poorly it was done. They "fixed" my husband's tie to gold and his ear was smeared. I told them his tie was a soft peach and also asked them to remove the fire escape and light switches. A simple cut and paste would do the trick. They said they would need more money to do this. Ridiculous! I could do better on an app! Never again
I placed an order for basic retouching and received an invoice approximately 24 hours later that was incorrect and needed to be revised. The incorrect services were applied and there were basic arithmetic errors in the price breakdown resulting in an incorrect total. Without going more detail, the entire process took one week of back-and-forth emails wherein, using broken English, they completely ignored what I was saying and sent me more links to the incorrect invoice. Eventually, I gave up and went elsewhere.
Honestly my 10 year old could edit a photo better than these lot! The work you see advertised is nothing like what you get in return. Dont get me started on the SPAM I got after signing up to their website. Confidential my $#*!! Every day I have a new friend request from their 100+ fake advertising workers on my Facebook account and their even trying to add my friends and photo clients. Ive reported them to the ICO for breaking GDPR privacy laws! Hope they get fined or shut down! They write so many bad reviews on other photo editing firms, trying to make out they are the better option. Shows what their like! After looking around on a few facebook posts, I found loads of bad reviews on them with the same complaints as mine. AVOID!
I presented Fixthephoto with several photos to retouch and add items to for simple backgrounds as photo manipulation. After building a relationship providing a steady stream of work for fixthephoto and quality returned photos, I was suddenly sent a canned e-mail message two times in a row after questioning why they couldnt take my last picture manipulation. They said "We are forced to decline the order because we are not able to complete your task". Apparently you can't send too big a challenge to Fixthephoto. They wouldn't even give me a quote. I would have paid double price for an attempt.

I presented Fixthephoto with the photo below scanned in 600dpi as requested. They said "This scanned copy is too small sorry, we are not able to work with it". I guess you can't send too big a challenge to them. They wouldn't even give me a quote. I would have paid double price for an attempt.

Contacted for a quote. BTW the prices they quote you on the website are not valid. A single photo with basic touch up on the website is listed as $2.00 but when you contac them they want $12.00 per photo or $30 per photo if they include multiple people. They at first were very responsive to all the sudden not able to contact them once i wanted to modify the order. Just save the time and energy and go elsewhere.
Their services seemes too good to be true and when looking at their previous work on the website, I already elt like this wasn't the place that could help me but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. BIG mistake! Their "colour correction" is basically lightening the skin of the subject. Instead of making a persons skin colouring more pronounced or "deeper" they go the easy way (like many other businesses) and whiten the skin!
These presets are very useful and of very good quality. Being a novice in lightroom, these precious aids help me to better understand the functioning of the tool and make me save time in the development of my photos.
Thanks XXX

I asked to retouch a photo but they did nothing at all. I paid $10 for nothing. I was expected a proffetional photo retouching service, not a filter they applied using actions or mobile app! Tottally rubbish servies.
Very low image editing level. On their website, they appear as a top professional editing company. Waste of money. I can edit better myself in photoshop. Fixthephoto has created a professional website with great pictures. In short, CHEAT AND AMOUNTS! THEY DELIVER FROM SINGLE CUSTOMERS... KEEP YOU LONG AWAY! Fixthephoto can't edit at the professional level... by no means!
I downloaded some "free" overlays from their site... that got emailed to me...
(I figured I'd get a bunch of spam email from all kinds of sites... but I could deal with that.)
Sure... they sent the overlays to my email...
But now MY COMPUTER IS COMPLETELY FROZEN! I can't even do a force shut down by holding down the power button!
And on top of that... 20 minutes later... my iPhone notifies me that someone is trying to use my Apple ID!
They loaded my computer with spyware... and within a1/2 hour... began trying to use my info!
After it was too late...
I looked at their Facebook page...
All the people who comment on their posts are fake!
Look them up yourself... all the people connected to their Facebook page have no friends themselves... and posts are put up by a computer... with "likes" under the post... but there is never a comment that's written out. All done by a computer.
Now I feel so stupid for not looking up reviews about their site before I took the free overlay downloads!
My Apple ID and all my other passwords are easy to change... but who knows what damage they did to my computer.
I've never seen a computer not respond to a force shut down... and I have no idea how I'm gonna fix this...
Don't do what I did...
Don't go near fixthephoto.com
This sight stole my photo from my Etsy shop. They do not have my permission to use this photo. It is my photo of my quilt that I made. Please remove my photo from your website!

I have been a frequent customer for many years. They were hit or miss. I submitted an order two weeks ago, they sent me back a terrible job (changed things I did not ask to be changed) and did not follow instructions. I paid $60 for "professional level" - I did not even get basic level. They became non-reponsive, then they said they had sent me emails I never got (never had that problem before so I assume they are lying), they stated they could not do the work - it was too hard for them. But then refused to refund me and are now fighting it out in PayPal with me. Unbelievable. Meanwhile I got an etsy seller to do the work perfectly. Still waiting to see if PayPal will refund me. Horrible, horrible. Do not use this company for anything.
UPDATE: PayPal sided with them because FIXTHEPHOTO gave me a horrible and destroyed version of my photo and that counted as me getting the service, and "just not liking it". So this company can put a big black X through something, call it done and send it back, and they are covered because they gave you SOMETHING. Doesn't have to according to your original contracted agreement, they don't have to follow your instructions - just whatever they call completed.
I paid $189.00 back in March and have not received my photos nor have I been reimbursed. I had to call my credit card to try and get my money back. Very discouraging! I would not trust them!
I discovered one of my photographs being used on the Fixthephoto.com website to illustrate an article on the "Best 30 Landscape Photographers to inspire in 2021." The picture is attributed to my former employer, Galen Rowell, though I made it a full year after Galen's death. They have not responded to my communications regarding the matter at all, particularly my demand that the image be taken down or its use paid for. In the meantime, I am aware of at least one other photographer whose photo was used without permission and misattributed to another photographer in the very same article. Though the company seems to indicate it is based in Brooklyn, New York, the website is registered in Ukraine. I think there is not much about Fixthephoto.com that is legitimate. Stay away.
[UPDATE: They finally took down my photo and replaced it with another one of Galen's that was also unlicensed and therefore used illegally. I have since determined that several other photographers on the list – Michael Kenna, Carr Clifton, Erin Babnik, Sean Bagshaw, Michael Frye, Isabella Tabacchi, and Fay Goodwin, at least – had also not granted permission for the use of their pictures on the site. I suspect that none of the photographers on the list actually granted permission for the use.]
After a little confusion and a little pressure, I was able to get some acceptable results from them. I would use them again for future projects.
They asked me first time $12 for a task, then $30, then $27, then $60 and finally $27 again. Not trusty company.
