I bought an item off them and it never arrived. Asked for refund and no response. Read up on these guys they are banned from Amazon.ca and are not trustworthy.
Avoid at all costs they are scammers.
Ordered a 3D Printer and filament based on the website assuring delivery by a given date. This date has long passed. Order shows 'Awaiting tracking information' for the past week.
All attempts to reach the company via email, Live chat that does not work or phone have failed. I will have to wait another 2 weeks then I can open a charge reversal case with my credit card company.
I wish I had looked up reviews on these people before ordering.
I feel it must be these people giving themselves positive reviews as I believe they are a scam! STAY AWAY
Ordered a printer, charged right away. Item is still "Awaiting Tracking" almost 3 weeks later. I tried calling their phone (it doesn't work), live chat gets no response, no email response.
I'm opening a dispute with my credit card company.
BEWARE
Have placed an order on Nov 12 and attempted to contact Fleet Network almost daily.
Never replied except for generic answer on web-chat like "Thank you for your patience..."
After 2 weeks sent again several emails, daily, asking to cancel the order and refund.
Same no reply.
I contacted my CC bank and they refund the amount as disputed transaction.
Fleet Network web site still showing active my order with "Awaiting Tracking Update".
I would recommend never consider doing any business with Fleet Network Canada unless want to spend time and energy trying to recover the money.

Ordered an item that showed that they had 10 in stock. Days went by and no update. Asked them about the status and they told me that it was not in stock and it would take 4-6 weeks to ship so I asked for a refund. It's been a month and still haven't seen my money. Their website shows that they still have the item in stock. They take your money knowing that they cannot fulfill the order! S C A M!
Will be reporting them to the fraud police.
I warn you to never buy from them, I ordered and was promised to get my stuff on two days. 2 weeks went by, no answer when I call the hotline. No replies.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Placed my order on Oct 12, called multiple names and sent multiple messages. The line is either busy and last time I was on hold for 1 hour and I had to disconnect. 2 reps messaged me and promised to expedite my order since Nov 2nd and today is Nov 13, never received my order.
They were quick to take your payment. Item never shipped. Phone always busy. Never responded to emails.

Order it pay for it never got it only a bunch of BS from them stay far away! They never answer emails or phone call got a phone number from AMEX got run around told me they were to busy would sent it out in five minutes with tracking number never got nothing!
I ordered something from them and it's been almost three weeks and still no update. I already emailed them a few times and also called them but no one is answering nor no response to my email. Beware! Never buy from them.
I ordered something 3 weeks ago, they charged my credit card instantly and the product has been stuck on "Awaiting for tracking update" ever since. I have waited 3h on their phone system without being able to speak to anyone. Last time was 1h of hearing the same message loop each minute then at 1h in their system hung up on me after saying to send an email to sales! They don't answer the messages I post on their website, they don't answer the emails sent to *******@fleetnetwork.ca.
Refund case open at VISA, will never ever buy from them again.
I've bought thousand of things all over Internet and this is by far the worst service I ever saw.
Another bait and switch type of outfit (talking about shipping).
I paid for shipping via Purolator but the idiots sent it via UPS (the worst most unreliable shipper in the galaxy).
No replies to emails before UPS had ever picked up the shipment so that they could fix up their screw up.
No sympathy from the csr, no mea culpa that it was their fault.
No offer to make it right.
Just bad all the way around.
There are zillions of other online stores to buy from without having to go through the hassle here.

Answer: I requested to speak with the manager/owner on March 4,2020, when I placed this order and the same customer service representative refused to allow to speak with management or process the previous order. Attached is the invoice from my second order... that I would learn was never processed. Attached is the second order. That the customer service representative deliberately did not process. There was no Purolator tracking and he offered to obtained a the tracking number manually. Absurd! I have never had problems with tracking orders with amazon. This customer service representative was deliberately postponing my order to provoke me because I do not speak French. He even asked me today "Do you want to cancel your order?". Politely I stated "No, I would like to know if my order has left the the warehouse". I think Fleet Network Canada is "one man operation" and he is picking and choosing his customers. I would recommend that management intervene if they exist.
