Impossible--- they don't reply to emails, don't answer their phones, the web chat is always offline.
Easy for me - staff was nice and helpful - yes i waited longer but saved - moist reviews here are from bored twats
Very difficult if the customer service representative holds a grudge.
It's not easy at all. They don't answer any messages. They are scum.
Get answers from the Fleet Network staff and other customers.
