By joining FlexJobs, I was able to find a 100% work from home position as a Marketing Manager in the US for a global tech company headquartered in Belgium. It has been a wonderful experience and the perfect match for my expertise. Without FlexJobs, there's no way I would have found this opportunity on my own. I highly recommend paying the minimal subscription cost if you are serious about finding legitimate flexible positions - many with benefits!
Great service, really well put together. You can definitely tell that the people behind FlexJobs actually care about doing a good job, and that translates into all aspects of this online job search platform.
I did believe that Flexjobs offered many more positions 100% remote, in one place. I will definitely use first on my next job search. Well worth the money, if you are looking to stay at home and work.

Hi there, my husband signed me up for the yearly subscription that comes with 21 day trial. I called customer service yesterday just to make sure I had full access during the trial time. I enjoyed perusing your site and taking a few of the skills tests.
The gentleman was very kind and willing to help. But what confused me is he proceeded to cancel the yearly subscription, refund, and start me on the 4.95 a month plan. He did help me acquaint myself with knowing how to navigate the website and find pertinent info. About my account.
So for now, I will continue to explore to see if your company can help me find a job. Thank you.
I was informed about a 14-day trial period, but it's disappointing to see that you're charging a partial amount from day 2 and the full amount for the remaining days. This is quite misleading and feels like poor service.
I subscribed to FlexJobs with the expectation that you had exclusive job postings. However, it turns out that many of the jobs are simply pulled from company career pages (like Lever and Greenhouse).
If your service continues like this, it deserves no more than a 1-star rating. Frankly, it's hard to see the value in what you're offering compared to free tools that do a better job.

Today I saw there was a charge from Flexjobs to my credit card, and I realized I could not afford it. I contacted your company through the phone number that accompanied the credit card charge online. Thank you for making that information so easily available. Anthony assisted me when I reached your company, and he was able to cancel my subscription and put a refund in motion for the charge to my credit card. He was understanding about my situation (low income, and my Dad in the hospital) and explained everything he was doing at each step he was taking so that I could easily understand it. He was very kind, and your company has also been exemplary in the way that they serve their subscribers. You are top-notch! I requested a cancellation of the subscription in August and they could not find my account and somehow did not have my banking details to stop the subscription. I have once again been debited for September and my request has not been fulfilled. I want to cancel my subscription immediately and get a refund of my money for August and September. Nothing was done about my cancellation request at all.

The algorithm had a hard time returning what it was I was looking for. There didn't seem to be a good way to incorportate location as Oklahoma without taking away options that were hybrid to other locations such as Seattle or Washington, D.C. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and the options I was able to find through the service.
I tried FlexJobs before and found a small part-time job that I enjoyed. I thought I would try it again to find a full-time job. I just happened to find one through other means this time.

Flexjobs was a valuable resource for my job search. In addition to benefitting from email alerts for relevant opportunities, the webinars that I attended and listened to were very informative. My only complaint would be that the search options could be a lot better. It doesn't let you get as nuanced as would be helpful. For example, there is no boolean options. Also, the drop-down options are annoying because it refreshes after every selection. With a long list of options on a multi-pick field, that's very annoying and time consuming.
