By joining FlexJobs, I was able to find a 100% work from home position as a Marketing Manager in the US for a global tech company headquartered in Belgium. It has been a wonderful experience and the perfect match for my expertise. Without FlexJobs, there's no way I would have found this opportunity on my own. I highly recommend paying the minimal subscription cost if you are serious about finding legitimate flexible positions - many with benefits!
Great service, really well put together. You can definitely tell that the people behind FlexJobs actually care about doing a good job, and that translates into all aspects of this online job search platform.
FlexJobs is a must for people looking for remote work. Only problem is recently all of the jobs in my range want unrealistic qualifications. That said, I did previously find a job through FlexJobs and have recommended it to several friends and family.
Good platform and easy to use. However I find difficulty in getting the jobs that is suited for what I am looking for. As an person outside the US, I think financial analysts roles are not easily available.
I chose it today to unsubscribe until further notice.

I was having issues logging in and accessing my account for over a month. I'm very happy with the customer service that i received from Maria E, who explained why i was having issues and showed me how to access my account. Avoid FlexJobs at all cost. They are a scam. They charged my card for 1 month subscription even if I haven't signed up for it. More than 10 business days passed and the amount wasn't reverted back to my card. I sent them an email followup for the refund but no reply received. This is a scam job site.

Flexjobs was a valuable resource for my job search. In addition to benefitting from email alerts for relevant opportunities, the webinars that I attended and listened to were very informative. My only complaint would be that the search options could be a lot better. It doesn't let you get as nuanced as would be helpful. For example, there is no boolean options. Also, the drop-down options are annoying because it refreshes after every selection. With a long list of options on a multi-pick field, that's very annoying and time consuming.

I don't blame Flex for my disposition. However, the jobs I find really do not fit my skill set very well, and those that do have excessive hurdles that have done more to discourage than encourage my search.

I had a much higher rate of converting applications to interviews through your service than any other! Although I found an amazing position with an absolutely wonderful team through an act of random chance, I gained extremely valuable and critical experience and knowledge through each interview I got from a post on Flexjobs. I only had one interview that a reasonable person would say was negative, and I still enjoyed realizing I wasn't going to compromise my value, which I struggled with early in my career.
I was exerting far too much effort on scam opportunities and organizations that were more interested in perks than infrastructure. While I am very against subscription services where unnecessary, your service absolutely delivers on my expectations.

I was having trouble with a link not loading, so I started a chat with one of the staff. Carolina was kind, helpful and patient as I got the browsers working and also re-entered payment information. I paid $2.95 for a trial subscription on FlexJobs on July 25th. I was unaware that it was only for two weeks and that it would automatically renew, at $23.95 a month, after that. Obviously, I didn't read the terms carefully enough. When I called to ask about it, I was connected to an excellent agent who said he would process a refund for me immediately, which he did. I signed up for an alternative plan, which is $4.95 for one month, and which I can cancel anytime before then. He was extremely helpful, and I appreciated it greatly.
