By joining FlexJobs, I was able to find a 100% work from home position as a Marketing Manager in the US for a global tech company headquartered in Belgium. It has been a wonderful experience and the perfect match for my expertise. Without FlexJobs, there's no way I would have found this opportunity on my own. It was great, the jobs look legit and I even got a response from one i had applied to.
I am sure my luck of experience is why I didn't get a job.
I wish in future would get entry level jobs that don't focus on experience but by purely giving chance to people with less work experience.
I choose flexjobs because I had used it before and got some job responses but decided not to pursue them. I believe flexjobs has legit jobs compared to other platforms.

Sometimes I have to read deep into the details to find out that the time that they need me to be working is far from normal hours where I live, but with about all of the postings I've seen, I can tell that they have been vetted and are actually real jobs that are looking to hire from where I am.

The site is slightly buggy making it hard to generate searches. The search bar often clears itself multiole times. I may just being doing something wrong but this is just my experience.
I wanted to find another remote job that paid more, unfortunately i need to keep my current job to ensure i have insurance as I'm having more health issues and now have to go to a new specialist.

A filter for date posted would have been helpful. I checked for available jobs several times a week. Filtering out older jobs would have made this more efficient.

I never got a call back using flex jobs and I put in a lot of applications, so not sure how effective it really is but I would recommend.
