By joining FlexJobs, I was able to find a 100% work from home position as a Marketing Manager in the US for a global tech company headquartered in Belgium. It has been a wonderful experience and the perfect match for my expertise. Without FlexJobs, there's no way I would have found this opportunity on my own. I highly recommend paying the minimal subscription cost if you are serious about finding legitimate flexible positions - many with benefits!

I was looking for a remote job. I heard the add for Flex Jobs on the Duncan Trussell Family Hour Podcast.
Flexible, focused, frequently updated... the best job board for people looking for remote or flexible work.
Suggestion from a friend and outplacement company Right Management Systems.
Difficult to navigate, sort through. 100% remote mixed with partial remote makes weeding through jobs cumbersome.

I like flex jobs and I was offered a job, but I got a better offer so I took that. I would recommend the jobs on the site for sure.
Because the jobs are legit and majority are from companies I know of.
Legit but for me, it's not suitable for international freelancers like me from Philippines. Very limited.
All of the jobs on this site are not necessarily remote. I was thinking when I signed up that the jobs were all fully remote but that isn't the case.

FlexJobs provides job seekers access to jobs offering various levels of work flexibility including remote, part-time, freelance, temporary, alternative schedules, etc. If you are specifically interested in remote jobs, try performing a personalized search using the keyword functionality which is available across the top of the site (the box that states, "Search jobs..."). Once your initial keyword search results pull up, you can select "100% Remote Work" from the 'Remote Work Level' section on the left-hand side.

I was busy and never accessed it to look for jobs during the week I paid for it and now I am out of money.

Filtering is fantastic--if a job expires the site notifies you, and you also get a notification if the job is outside your geographical search range.
Tired of bait-and-switch remote listings on larger/more mainstream job sites

Many of the jobs that were offered did not meet my expectations. Also, many of the jobs required that I live in a specific location.
I chose it two years ago during the pandemic.

I ended up not using the service because most of the offerings were full time and I am retired and do not want to work full time.

I loved it and there were so many jobs. The hardest part is that there is SO much competition for jobs. :(
The Advanced Search options are still not granular enough. Too many positions are displayed that do not fit the specified search parameters.
