By joining FlexJobs, I was able to find a 100% work from home position as a Marketing Manager in the US for a global tech company headquartered in Belgium. It has been a wonderful experience and the perfect match for my expertise. Without FlexJobs, there's no way I would have found this opportunity on my own. I highly recommend paying the minimal subscription cost if you are serious about finding legitimate flexible positions - many with benefits!
Great service, really well put together. You can definitely tell that the people behind FlexJobs actually care about doing a good job, and that translates into all aspects of this online job search platform.
I recently signed up for an account using *******@whatscookin.us email, and you haven't replied me, despite canceling my subscription same day. You also haven't replied my email to your team about the refund
Flexjobs offers a comprehensive platform with real job options. I have not really used my membership in its full capacity but cannot afford to keep my subscription. All the blogs and educational tolls offered are of well crafted to support anyone seeking employment.
Hello,
We appreciate your valuable feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve and provide better services to our valued members.
Well designed layout, easy to use, quick apply option is great! I was able to land 2 contracts and had multiple interviews or conversations via email with recruiters. Most success I've ever had through an online jobs site.
I needed a new pool of opportunities with more viable hiring opportunities. Sometimes jobs sites are outdated and you are applying endlessly to jobs that are not actually current, so frustrating. I found success within my first week of FlexJobs. I'll probably come back on when I'm ready for a new challenge but for now my contracts cover my bills and I'm so happy.
I have recommended FlexJobs to anyone I know who is thinking about, or needing, a remote position. The amount of job search resources alone pays for the subscription. Was super impressed with this site!
I was here to expire my subscription--I've gotten a 100% remote job which is exactly what I needed.
Paying for a subscription to see the company's full info gives me peace of mind knowing these are real, serious jobs, that I'm not wasting my time when sending my cv, and that if an opportunity shows up it'll be worthy
Because I want a real opportunity for a new position working remotely and the websites I used before weren't providing it
FlexJobs has been great at finding jobs I did not find on other sites. I like how I can track my applications through until I've either accepted or rejected a job offer. The site is very user-friendly.
My sister uses it and likes it a lot
Great job postings; not sure how relevant because employers never called for interviews. Would have to go to company site and verify open positions on their careers page. Was good to see the number of flexible opportunities.
The jobs for those with my skill set seem mostly directed to product and sales based data analysis. I have not seen jobs posted from research based/think tank style organizations. That would be helpful.
Great experience. Other opportunities came about. I may still be using FlexJobs in the future. At least it gave me a chance and prompted me to rebuild my freelance resume for the time being, which is golden.
I thought I was in intermediate need if more freelance work on the side, but not at this time. Maybe by end of 2020... or ealry 2021. We'll see.
Great service, really well put together. You can definitely tell that the people behind FlexJobs actually care about doing a good job, and that translates into all aspects of this online job search platform.
Most of the FlexJobs job postings I checked into did offer some sort of ongoing remote/work from home options. My target market is a little off the well-beaten path (software testing), so good opportunities can be hard to find.
I chose FlexJobs hoping thereby to uncover overlooked remote / work from home opportunities in my target market. Ultimately, I did find such an opportunity by other means.
Its been great but my life balance is a not very flexible these days so I haven't had as much time pursuing job opportunities. I am still seeking work but I'll probably be able to make it more of an opportunity at the first of the year.
Initial research suggested Flexjobs might work for my efforts to find part-time, at-home work at a fair rate. It worked out wonderfully. Knowing all the jobs had already been vetted have me great confidence.
Expire my account as I still want to see a few things before it's closed.
For mid-level job seekers and sales people, there are an abundance of opportunities, entry-level positions requiring no experience do not exist. Many jobs state entry-level, then ask for 2+ years of experience doing something in that field; doesn't make any sense.
Also, there are a variety of recruiting company posts, but none of them will get back to you. I contacted 4 different companies--through flexjobs, their website apply, email, and phone calls--and not one has responded.
I wanted to try it out, unfortunately, it's not for me.
Flexjobs has one of the best web site interfaces I've ever seen. It's VERY user intuitive, and I enjoyed having so much information at my fingertips. I'll be back - just need 6 months to get used to this new job.
Thank you for literally being the most helpful and organised remote job seeking platform out there; the user experience from start to finish has wildly exceeded every other service provider in this field.
Much better than searching up all these jobs on my own. Still, no one is hiring me unfortunately despite working on so many applications every day. That's not FlexJobs' fault so I'm still rating 4 stars.
4 and not 5 because I got confused at the beginning when FlexJobs would send emails with numbers like "50 jobs posted recently" which made me excited for lots of new jobs that day, but then I'd sign in and realize it meant 50 jobs over the past week, many of which I'd already applied to, and only about 10 new postings.
I'm happy for anyone who has found a job through FlexJobs, but it just hasn't helped me.
To try and find stable at-home work.
Unlike nearly every other world class job site, they don't have a 'smart resume parser ' that reads your resume and fills in such things as work history and tech skills.
I would have expected that having made me pay they would have invested in that kind of tool.
So use this site only if you're ready to spend 2-3 hours more in setup than any other site. You have to manually re-enter all your data to have it searchable in their format
I chatted with one of their customer service people and the bottom line from her was 'well clients search the tags you entered when you started up' They are pretty broad and way to limited for tech jobs.
It's nice if they force a client to read your resume instead of searching, but my guess is few do.
We appreciate your feedback and understand some of your frustration and, as we emailed you separately, we have refunded your subscription fee. Please understand that we agree resume parsing is an element of many job sites and can be helpful, our experience and testing show that it is not always of high quality (even with some of the best services having as low as a 50% accuracy rate, depending on the file being uploaded). While we continue to test options that will be up to our standards, it is true that FlexJobs does not currently have one live for users.
Instead, we offer our users the option to upload their resume upload instantly (if they already have one prepared, as it sounds like you do), and then to supplement their resume with fields in our resume profile process with key areas as you choose. These resume fields are quick easy-to-use drop downs, text fields and boxes which are easy to copy and paste the pre-written copy into should a user like to (rather than manually re-entering). While the time someone chooses to spend on their FlexJobs resume profile definitely will vary depending on each person and their career field, the average to do a complete profile in this way is about 30-45 minutes (although it can take as little as 5-10 minutes to do a more minimal profile).
Overall, the primary goal of FlexJobs is to provide an easier, safer, and more effective way to find quality, professional telecommuting, and flexible jobs. Also, as part of our membership, we offer many elements of our service that free job sites do not, such as expert skill testing in over 100 areas, member partner savings on products and services supporting a flexible work-life style, and attentive customer service.
Again, we have refunded your subscription per our Satisfaction Guarantee, and we wish you the best in your job search. If there is anything else we can do to help, please feel free to contact us at feedback@flexjobs.com or (866) 992-9222. Best regards,
The FlexJobs Team
Even though I was just checking you guys out to see what it was all about, I feel and believe this site will help people achieve their goals of finding a job, either online (remotely) or a physical location.
I saw an ad on one of my social medias and clicked on it.
My job search was ultimately successful, but I am giving Flexjobs four stars. Due to the sheer number of jobs that appeared on the Flexjobs site, finding one that matched my skill level took a long time. The quality and suitability of jobs vary widely, even if I perform a highly detailed advanced search. For example, demanding jobs at a particular company that I know compensates employees poorly appear in every search alongside better jobs at reputable companies. Jobs posted by terrible employers often appear to be good matches when they're not, so it can be difficult to differentiate between the good and bad. I recommend more stringent vetting of companies that post on Flexjobs. This would hopefully improve transparency, which will save job seekers time and effort. In other words, job seekers can focus their efforts on jobs that fit best and pay appropriate wages.
My preference is to work remotely, and searches for remote work on Flexjobs have yielded better results than searches I've done using other job search engines.
I've had more legit interviews and finally a job for remote work with FlexJobs help. I hit scammers for virtual positions on a variety of other sites, so I can honestly say this was the only one where the service was checked out. They provided weekly Zoom meetings and opportunities to improve your skills by taking skills tests.
Hi, Kitty! We are so happy to hear that you've had such an enjoyable experience using the FlexJobs services. We love that you used the resources, like the webinars and skills tests to hone in your job search and find the right fit for you. We wish you continued success with your new remote role! The FlexJobs Team.
Good thus far, but no one wants to hire based on age of 63. I cannot see paying $39.95 per month when I can even get a response from my applications. But thank you for being in business. You do have a great website.
Hello,
Thank you for your five-star review! We appreciate your honesty and are sorry to hear that we were not a good fit for you. Your input is valuable to us, and we will use it to improve our services.

Have not found a job yet, Trying to find something that meets my needs, more part time than full time... may renew again, before the next 3 month renewal... but for now have to cut back on expenses...
It seems like a great site, however, it doesn't seem very applicable to my skills. I am in educational administration and I've had trouble finding jobs connected to those skills -- perhaps I'm using the wrong search terms?
I searched job site ratings and went with FlexJobs due to the high ratings. I signed up for the trial and got nothing but spam and jobs I am not even qualified for or out of my career path. Many came from third party job sites. Therefore, I decided to cancel with plenty of time, trying multiple times to contact the company via phone and got no answer, so I emailed. The site stated that I would get a response back within 1 business day, yet they waited to email back until after the monthly payment posted, 5 days later. It was stated that "they could not find an account for me", but I was charged regardless. Be warned! I am sure there have been actual positive experiences, but this time it was not, and I am still trying to get them to fix their wrong.
Tip for consumers:
Be very wary.!!!

In 2007, FlexJobs founder and CEO - Sara Sutton - was looking for something better after losing her full-time job. She was already seven months pregnant with her first child and needed something that was going to be flexible but still help further her career. Sara knew these jobs existed but was overwhelmed trying to find them. That’s when the idea for FlexJobs came: A site where job seekers could find professional-level, legitimate work-from-home jobs, all in one place, without the ads, scams or junk found on other sites.
