By joining FlexJobs, I was able to find a 100% work from home position as a Marketing Manager in the US for a global tech company headquartered in Belgium. It has been a wonderful experience and the perfect match for my expertise. Without FlexJobs, there's no way I would have found this opportunity on my own. Lots of jobs that I've never seen in other places. Some challenges around sorting and culling positions, but nothing too out of the ordinary.

Flexjobs is pretty easy to navigate. I wish there was more information on salary and pay rates, but a lot of it is blocked at this level.

It would be nice if, when i search for part-time or flexible schedule, if you could have only those jobs come up and not full-time also.
